RECLAIMING OUR LIGHT GARMENTS
Genesis 3:6-11 And when the woman saw that the tree was good
for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to
be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof,
and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did
eat. 7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that
they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made
themselves aprons.8 And they heard the voice of the LORD God
walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife
hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees
of the garden. 9 And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto
him, Where art thou? 10 And he said, I heard thy voice in
the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid
myself. 11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked?
Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou
shouldest not eat
Who deceived you? Who told you that you are naked? Who told you that
you are unworthy of my glory? Who told you that you are a mere
mortal creature? Who told you that you are a sinner? Who told you
that you need the works of religion and the traditions of men to
justify yourself before God’s holy presence? This is the sense in
the question God asked Adam when He said He was naked and therefore
hid himself from God’s voice and presence and covered Himself with
fig leaves. This sense of nakedness is the consequence of the
opening up of the shaft of the endless font of self knowledge and
material consciousness in Adam, and has to this day deeply obscured
His understanding of His true nature in relation to the nature of
God. The sense of unworthiness and complete contrast from the nature
of the living God causes Adam to continuously withdraw ever further
and further away from the presence of the living God unto the lower
places of the earth where the nations of the earth that constitute
this world are situated today.
One thing leads to another, Adam starts off by receiving the lie
from the serpent beneath, and then He loses knowledge of His
covering of light otherwise known as the righteousness of the saints
[Psalm 132:9, Revelations 19.8]. (Note:
The word white in the book of revelation is generally translated as
light or radiant white (Leukos or Lampros) in the Greek, so I will
constantly interchange these words in this article). Then
He is cast out of God’s presence where the Garden of Eden (God’s
Paradise is situated) into hell where torment, destruction and death
reigns [Psalm 9:8]. In His descent from glory, Man’s
spiritual womb (Eve) is sealed, so that He cannot bring forth the
attributes of the perfection spiritual image he had with God in the
beginning [Genesis 3:15]. He loses ability to produce the
fruits of the spirit [Boldness, faith, peace, joy, patience, hope,
longsuffering etc.], which represents the blossoming garden state of
Adam in His glory [Genesis 3:3:17-18]. He continues in a
state of perpetual backsliding from His true invisible and
incorruptible glorious image in the likeness of God His Father, into
that mortal man of the earth who in reality is like the beast that
perishes [Genesis 3:19]. In the transgression of Adam, man is
constantly being lowered into the grave with chants of dust you are
and to dust.
We can define that light garments as the conscious awareness of our
true inner incorruptible and immortal selves which is one and
inseparable from the living God. It is Christ consciousness, knowing
that you know that you know that you are the son of the living God
who is before all and above all. This consciousness is the Alfa and
Omega power of the saints by which all things in heaven and on earth
is created and is sustained. All we ever need for our wellbeing and
wholesomeness in God is to rediscover and keep this covering of
light (truth). That is why Jesus says in that day you will know that
you are in me and I am in God [John 14:20];
this is the covering or consciousness that God wants to restore to
us. No more the fig coverings representing man’s hypocritical
beliefs and inventions, because they only plunge men deeper and
deeper into the endless pit of ignorance and destruction. In this
conscious knowledge, peace flows abundantly like the rivers because
man is now in perfect harmony with God’s creation, it is a realm of
perfect stillness where fear and offences seize, because you stand
upon the beginning and the end.
Job 5:19 He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there
shall no evil touch thee. 20 In famine he shall redeem thee from
death: and in war from the power of the sword. 21 Thou shalt be hid
from the scourge of the tongue: neither shalt thou be afraid of
destruction when it cometh. 22 At destruction and famine thou shalt
laugh: neither shalt thou be afraid of the beasts of the earth. 23 For thou shalt be in league with the stones of the field: and the
beasts of the field shall be at peace with thee. 24 And thou shalt
know that thy tabernacle shall be in peace; and thou shalt
visit thy habitation, and shalt not sin. 25 Thou shalt know also
that thy seed shall be great, and thine offspring as the
grass of the earth.
In this sacred consciousness no more will the hurts from the past
weight you down, neither will men ever be able to hurt you or take
away your joy, because they can not touch the son of the living God
who is before and above all. All traces of inferiority complex and
sense of lack disappear because you are aware that you are Him who
created all things, rules over all things and inherits all things.
In the first place men can hurt you when you are not aware of whom
you truly are, in other words, when you are void of the covering of
the son of God. If you attain to the place of total awareness, that
you are truly Him who rules over all and inherits all things, no man
will be able to rob you of your joy.
Losing the light covering is simply losing this sacred conscious
knowledge of ourselves in the Son by putting on garments stained
with flesh which identifies us with a falsely derived carnal
identity apart from the living God. As long as man walks in a false
consciousness of the outer man of flesh, consciousness tied to form
and materialism, He is absent from the Lord and all alone in this
world, therefore opening up the door to an experience laden with
tribulation.
Adam is simply a parable of you and I in the days of ignorance when
we roamed the earth like vagabonds, not knowing our origin nor our
true inner substance. All men in Adam transgress unknowingly or
knowingly by receiving and conforming to the lie and therefore lose
their light covering, without which no man can stand in the presence
of God. We are discovering that our only duty as offspring of the
living God is to keep our garments white (light) and continue on in
fellowship of joy with the Father, this is all we need for our
sustenance throughout eternity. Any man who does not keep His
garment of light goes down to the grave where mirth seizes and
mourning take a hold of Him.
Ecclesiastes 9:7 Go thy way, eat thy bread with joy, and drink thy wine with a merry heart (FELLOWSHIP); for God now
accepteth thy works (KNOWING YOUR ARE PLEASING GOD). 8 Let thy garments be always white ( CONSCIOUS KNOWLEDGE IN THE SON);
and let thy head lack no ointment (THE ANOINTING OF LIFE).
----------------- 10 Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor
knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave (FLESH CONSCIOUNESS), whither
thou goest.
Remember the grave is not the physical graves you see in the
cemeteries all over the world, it is the lower realm of death man is
reduced to when He loses His white garment which like I explained is
the consciousness of ourselves in truth. What is the truth? It is
the originality of all things the way it was in genesis 1:26 when we were generated to be in the image and likeness of God,
ruling and reigning over all the works of his hand.
In man’s sense of nakedness, He loses the ability the say “Abba
Father”, in His imagination God now becomes that of a consuming
fire, trying to fish him out and grill him like barbecue in some
fireplace somewhere in the sky. He is all alone without Father,
without God, without a helper in this world, He is caught off so to
say from the place of life. That voice that says, ”Who told you that
you are naked” is the voice of the immutable living God in whom
there is no shadow of turning; it is the voice that went forth to
counter the imaginary contradicting voice of the serpent and
reassure Adam of His perfection, righteousness and inseparability
from the living God. That voice expressing the love of God is still
here today trying to cause man to come back to the awareness of His
true light garments from the foundation of the world. Having strayed
away unto the uttermost parts of the earth and put on the image of
mortal man of the dust, in an attempt to save man, that voice became
flesh like unto mortal man and descended into the uttermost parts of
the earth, where men continuously languish in the transgression of
Adam. The voice has descended to revive man and cause Him to
rediscover His light garment so that He can once more walk in the
fullness of His glory with shouts of Joy. This is the same coded
message Elihu was giving to Job in Job 33.
Job 33:15 In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep
falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; 16 Then he
openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction (THE
VOICE OF GOD), -------18 He keepeth back his soul from the pit, and
his life from perishing by the sword (. -----Job 33:22 Yea, his
soul draweth near unto the grave, and his life to the destroyers
(MAN PERISHING IN THE TRANSGRESSION OF ADAM). 23 If there be a
messenger with him, an interpreter, one among a thousand
(CHRIST), to shew unto man his
uprightness (HIS LIGHT GARMENT): 24 Then he is gracious
unto him, and saith, Deliver him from going down to the pit (REVIVE
HIM): I have found a ransom. 25 His flesh shall be fresher than a
child's: he shall return to the days of his youth: 26 He shall pray
unto God, and he will be favourable unto him: and he shall see his
face with joy (BACK TO THE PRESENCE OF GOD): for he will render unto
man his righteousness (HIS GARMENTS). 27 He looketh upon men, and if any say, I have sinned, and perverted that which was right, and it profited me not; 28 He will deliver his soul from
going into the pit, and his life shall see the light (REVIVAL
UNTO LIFE).
In His transgression Adam made His bed in hell and slept in the dust
of human living where decay and anguish of soul reign, far away from
His inheritance in immortal light and delights. The voice of God is
reaching out again to Adam (man) as He wastes away and rolls
restlessly upon His bed in the graveyard of humanity, saying “WHO
TOLD YOU THAT YOU ARE NAKED? AWAKE FROM YOUR SLEEP! AWAKEN UNTO
TRUTH! AND YOU WILL DISCOVER THAT YOU ARE CLOTHED IN LIGHT GARMENTS
WHICH IN REALITY IS YOUR INHERITANCE FROM THE BEGINNING”.
Isaiah 52:1 Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy
beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there
shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean. 2
Shake thyself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O
Jerusalem: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive
daughter of Zion.
Brethren the moment is now, if you can hear the loving voice
of the Father which says, “who told you, that you are naked?”
and “comprehend it”, “believe it” and “walk in it”, then you will be
delivered from the illusionary power of death and exalted once more
into the place bustling and bubbling with springs of life. You will
once more discover your beautiful glorious garment which was hidden
from your sight in the fall.
Listen to what Jesus Christ who is an embodiment of the voice says
about those who can hear the voice and receive it:
John 5:28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which
all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, 29 And shall come
forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and
they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
Those who do good will be resurrected unto life. One may ask what
is good? I say cancel from your mind what traditional religion or
moral theories of men say about good, because the only good that
there is, is hearing and conforming yourself to the voice of
the Father which reveals your true inner substance, which is non
other than son of God in His image and likeness who is without
beginning nor ending. The voice is truth which comes to restore man
back to the place of life by causing a remembrance of the invisible
image of God in Him and consequently abolishing the illusion of
mortal life. Any man who hears the voice of the Father and hardens
His heart, refusing to conform back to the inner image of Christ,
rejects His grace unto life and will suffer greater condemnation,
because not conforming to Christ is the only evil that exists. God
does not come down to punish any man; he simply rejects His grace
unto pleasures and prosperity and perishes away like the beast of
the field who are without knowledge.
Job 36:8 And if they be bound in fetters, and be
holden in cords of affliction; 9 Then he sheweth them their work,
and their transgressions that they have exceeded. 10 He openeth
also their ear to discipline, and commandeth that they return from
iniquity. 11 If they obey and serve him, they shall spend
their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures. 12 But if
they obey not, they shall perish by the sword, and they shall die
without knowledge.
We discover the garment of light by hearing the voice of truth and
then awakening from the illusion of our carnally derived human
identities which has its affection set on this naturally perceived
world. We are called to awaken and shake ourselves from the dust
(vanity of material living), and to loosen ourselves from the bands
(chains) around our necks. The chains around our neck are the
humanly derived beliefs and traditions which have subtly held us
slaves to corruption and carved out in us an entity separate and
apart from the living God. These beliefs are continually planted by
the principalities and the powers that form and govern this age. Of
course principalities and powers are not devils or evils spirits in
control centers somewhere in the spirit realm like we were taught in
traditional religion, they are simply mans traditions and beliefs.
Unknown to many, man is the god or prince of this chaotic
principality called the world. Individually and corporately men form
their world based on their carnally derived wisdom. Didn’t the
serpent tell Adam that they will be like God knowing good and evil,
meaning in the state of rebellion Adam becomes a god with His own
self will, trying to create His own world and acting as God. On
awaking He will however realize how impotent and powerless He is
without the true and living God.
Right from the moment a man is born into this world; the deceit and
veiling by the principalities and power go to work and in the
process man loses awareness of His blamelessness and oneness before
the living God. He is taught that His origin is from His natural
Parents on the earth, He is also made to identify himself with form
and entities upon the face of the earth, be it nations, tongues.
Gradually the teachings of this age ties man to this limited
physical realm hiding from Him the vast unlimited spiritual
resources at his disposal from the Father of lights. Poverty
consciousness and warring for the limited resources of this material
realm takes a hold of man and He continues on in the endless pit of
insatiability.
You see, God does not see any man as naked before Him, because He
sees the truth, which is the originality of all things, meaning He
sees us the way He generated us in the beginning, which is in His
perfect, immortal and incorruptible image [Genesis 1:26……]. Man was
created to rule over the works of God and to enjoy freely of the
bountiful glory of the living God. God created, saw that it was good
and then He rested from all His works, meaning He finished His
works. When God finishes he finishes, when he says it is good we can
be rest assured that it is good. So there is something fundamentally
wrong in man if He does not see the perfect eternal day of the
Lord.
One may ask, If God made all thing perfect, then why all the turmoil
and chaos in the lives of men today? Like I said, it is simply
because man has been initiated into the lie, which has subtly rubbed
Him of His inheritance in God’s glory. That thing which causes
condemnation and sin consciousness to encompass man is a function of
His carnal mind. The carnal mind which is one entity with the
serpent of the dust is also the fowler that has taken the souls of
men captive and reduced them to poverty stricken tormented creatures
with no hope whatsoever. He is the accuser of the brethren that
arises from the bottomless pit to deceive man and destroy Him by
causing man to lose His garments of light without which no man can
rule and reign in Christ [Revelations 20:2-3].
Paul admonishes we who have been taught of God and given the
revelation of the truth should put on Jesus Christ, and annul the
old lusty corrupt man of the flesh.
Ephesians 4:21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have
been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus: 22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; 23 And be
renewed in the spirit of your mind; 24 And that ye put on the
new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true
holiness.
Of course Jesus Christ after the flesh from over two thousand years
back is no piece of material we can wear, Jesus Christ that God
revealed to the world is intended to mean the incorruptible son that
has been from the foundation of the world before form ever existed.
We put on Christ by awakening in our minds, back into consciousness
of the incorruptible and invisible son of the living God. This is
what Jesus came to preach and bring to the awareness of His many
brethren taken captive by Satan. You are a captive of Satan and
death only as you lose awareness of your true immortal and
incorruptible self. For this reason Christ Jesus says the prince of
the world cometh but He finds nothing in me; nothing of the prince
of darkness in me means he finds no sense of materialism in me; it
means I am a pure spiritual being in the image of my heavenly
Father, who walks in heavenly places, whose treasure is above and
not beneath where decay and lust reigns.
Colossians 3:10 And have put on the new man, which is
renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
The illusion of man like Adam in His transgression, is that he
thinks he can put aside His heavenly spiritual image for an earthly
image of flesh and blood to gain this world, but trying to be wise
in His own eyes he becomes a fool [Romans 1:22-23]. This was
the very same temptation Jesus had while in the wilderness, where He
was tempted of Satan for forty days. In exchange for the
deceitfulness of the riches and glories of this temporal material
world, Satan requested that Jesus bowed and worshipped at His feet.
Worshiping Satan is done by conforming to the lie and to the flesh,
it is descent from the spiritual image of God to that of mortal man
of the earth. Jesus rejected that request and continued His worship
of the living God in spirit and in truth, by maintaining His
celestial state.
You see God owns all things, but He does not need to come down from
heaven to physically possess them. Jesus confessed the same, saying
that all things that the Father has are mine, yet He was not known
to have great material riches, neither did He strive for it, though
he got whatever He needed. On the other hand Men in their ignorance
go about trying to physically possess all things and to name things
after their earthly derived identity, that is why you see wars, hate
jealousies and many injustices in this present world. In their
deception and continued ignorance of trying to gain the world, the
death process crawls upon them because they lose the covering of the
consciousness of the son of the living God. This is what Jesus was
demonstrating when He gave the parable of the covetous rich man who
in pursuit of material gain of this world becomes bankrupt in the
knowledge of the living God and finishes up in the night and the
grave [Luke 12:15-21].
MAN, DO NOT BE LIKE THE MONKEY WHO GETS CAUGHT WHILE TRYING TO STEAL
A COOKIE FROM A JAR, IT PUTS IT’S HAND IN THE JAR, GRABS THE COOKIE
BUT CAN NOT BRING OUT IT’S HAND AS LONG AS IT IS HOLDING ON TO THE
COOKIE. IN ITS FOOLISHNESS IT STILL WOULDN’T LET GO UNTIL IT GETS
CAUGHT.
Let us not be carried away with the illusion that we can gain
anything in this world unto ourselves apart the knowledge of our
glory with the Father from the foundation of this world, because in
that illusion you lose your soul to the power of hell [Matthew
16:26]. If you shun ungodliness and hold on to true eternal life
you gain all things; it is either you have all things in God or
nothing at all as a mortal man, because the little which you think
you have as a man, will be snatched away from you. Now, this is a
hard pill to swallow, but truth will lead us there.
JESUS’S DEMONSTRATION OF THE INNER LIGHT GARMENT.
When Jesus ascended the mountain and transfigured before His
disciples, thus revealing the glory and covering in which He
consciously walked in, He was actually showing us a mirror image of
our true selves. We read this in the ninth chapter of Luke.
Luke 9:28 And it came to pass about an eight days after these
sayings, he took Peter and John and James, and went up into a
mountain to pray. 29 And as he prayed, the fashion of his
countenance was altered, and his raiment was white and glistering. 30 And, behold, there talked with him two men, which
were Moses and Elias: 31 Who appeared in glory, and spake of his
decease which he should accomplish at Jerusalem. 32 But Peter and
they that were with him were heavy with sleep: and when they were
awake, they saw his glory, and the two men that stood with him. 33 -------. 34 While he thus spake, there came a cloud, and
overshadowed them: and they feared as they entered into the cloud.
35 And there came a voice out of the cloud, saying, This is my
beloved Son: hear him. 36 And when the voice was past, Jesus was
found alone. And they kept it close, and told no man in
those days any of those things which they had seen.
The illumined countenance and glowing raiment of Jesus is actually
our glorified image from the beginning of the world which man has
lost knowledge of in His fall. It is the mystery of the ages called
Christ within the only hope of glory for every man. Jesus was not
revealed from heaven to preach the human aspect of Himself, but
rather to demonstrate the glorious man with us. This is the glorious
wholesome state that is hidden from the principalities and powers of
this age (mans beliefs and wisdom) so that they fail to recognize
the Lord of glory who in reality is a revelation of their true
selves [Colossians 1:26-27]. If their eyes were opened to
behold that glorious site, like the three disciples, they would not
have crucified the king of glory [1 Corinthians 2:8]. Now we
understand why Jesus said, “Father, forgive them for they do not
know what they are doing”. When we rebel against the move of the
spirit, whose sole purpose is to bring about realization of our true
glorious form, we really do not know what we are doing.
While Jesus transfigured before His disciples, revealing His light
garment, they heard a voice out of the glory cloud which encompassed
them saying, “This is my beloved Son: hear Him”. That assuring voice
is the thing that distinguishes the son of God from the ordinary
carnal man; Knowing that He was walking irreprehensible in the
presence of the Father and pleasing Him was the secret behind the
powerful works of Jesus. There is no way he would have had this
knowledge without the elevated consciousness He walked in. If Jesus
remained in the consciousness of a human, born in a manger, whose
genealogy was in the lineage of Abraham the Patriarch of the Jews,
there is no way He would have known that voice. Somebody says: but
the bible states that he was in the genealogy of Abraham [Matthew
1:1-17], but you forget that the same Jesus says that before
Abraham ever existed I have been [John 8:58]. Thank God,
after being found in the form of mortal man of the dust, He arose in
His inner consciousness and reclaimed His true identity and
therefore reunited in the knowledge of His loving Father [Philippians
2:8].
The difference with the disciples and the rest of the world
including the religious leaders of their day is that they awoke from
their sleep. Like we read in [Luke 9:32], while upon the
mountain the disciples were drunk with sleep, it was on awaking that
they beheld the glorious site. Many today are bound up with a
corrupt sinful nature and at times there is a tendency to wonder if
you can really ever make it, but the answer lies in our awakening
from the illusion that we are creatures of the earth, do not let the
Devil deceive you any longer, believe the voice of God. When
we awake from the deep sleep of Adam and wash our eyes, we behold
Him in us and us in Him, perfect and blameless without guile. Like
the disciples we must pick up our cross daily and ascend from the
earth and loosen ourselves from all the entanglements of our human
existence. In the solitude and quietness, away from the uncountable
voices of men in the systems of Babylon, we will discover the inner
man who is ever encompassed in the glory of the Father.
THE FIFTH TRUMPET: REALIZING OUR WHITE GARMENTS
We
are still looking at ways we can rediscover our apparel of light so
that we can once more stand before the face of the Father in the
place of all power and do the Alpha works that we did in the Father
in the beginning when we created all things. Don’t you know you
were in the company of the morning stars who shout for joy at the
presence of the Father even before form came into view? Many have
forgotten this truth in their Adam-like descent [Job 38:5-7],
but the time is come to reclaim our glittering light apparel.
Discovering the light garment is like reversing the curse to reclaim
our lost glory in Adam and rediscovering the joy of our salvation.
Blessed are those who truly know what Joy is; they are the once who
reclaim their light garments and therefore rediscover the presence
of the eternal living one [Psalm 89:15-16].
In the fifth trumpet message to the fifth Church (Sardis),
the word of the Lord instructs the saints to be watchful if they are
to appear with Christ in glory.
Revelation 3:1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write;
These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the
seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that
thou livest, and art dead. Rev 3:2 Be watchful, and
strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I
have not found thy works perfect before God. Rev 3:3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast,
and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on
thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon
thee. Rev 3:4 Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have
not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white:
for they are worthy. Rev 3:5 He that overcometh, the same
shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name
out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my
Father, and before his angels. Rev 3:6 He that hath an ear, let
him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
Bear in mind that the seven messages to the seven churches are
messages that span eternity; they are actually the voice of the
Alpha and the Omega (Christ) going forth to awaken the saints and to
guide them back unto Himself. The seven messages to the seven
Churches represent one message of truth which like pure light passed
through the spectrum can actually be presented or perceived in seven
colors.
The message to the fifth Church gives us insight on how we can
discover our white garments and keep it undefiled, so that we can be
gathered with all that is Christ’s and appear with Him in His
majestic glory as He appears to this world. The much anticipated
appearing of Christ with His angels to reveal the mystery of
godliness and to judge this world, is none other than Christ the
spirit revealing Himself to the world through His messengers who
have obeyed the gospel and by putting on Christ. In many of Jesus’
parables and prophesies about the appearing of the Son of man with
great glory and power along with His angels, He normally made
references to the angels who go forth to gather His elect from the
four winds of the earth, to separate the sheep from the goats, to
separate the wheat from the Chaff etc. Whenever the invisible one
appears, He appears alongside the angels.
These angels or messengers could be you, or I, or any person who
hears the word of truth and conforms to that truth. Angels of
Christ, which is interpreted messengers are simply servants of God
who have put aside their self will and desires and united to the
Lord’s will and nothing more. Those who carry their cross,
signifying death unto their own human existence for the sake of
uniting with the Lord (the spirit) and serving Him, will inherit the
Lord himself. These ones reign with Christ in the new age of glory
and become the vessels of honor in which Christ the spirit reveals
Himself to the world. His coming is marvelous and delightful to
those who await his coming by patiently exercising themselves in
godliness. On the other hand, His appearing inflicts torment and
anguish of soul on the rebellious who reject the call to obedience
of the gospel. The Lord does not torment, it is the hearts of men
that condemns them as they stand before the awesome glory and
majesty of the creator of the heavens and the earth. To escape the
wrath of God resulting from overwhelming conviction of sin as Christ
reveals Himself through His vessels of honor (the messengers); all
men are advised to humble themselves and obey the gospel, because
there will be no hiding place for the haters of truth. The only way
a man can escape this wrath of God and find favor in the place of
life, is by putting on the covering of Christ (White garments) and
joining the band wagon of saints in Him.
For this purpose The Father has sent His spirit (the seven spirits
of God), to aid us in putting on Christ. The seven spirits are the
seven eyes of the lamb (Christ) representing the spiritual insight
and wisdom of Christ, which John saw in a vision [Revelations 5:6].
They are the seven spirits sent to redeem man from the earth and
cause Him to rediscover His glory. It is by the seven spirits that
the seven stars of God (The Pleiades) are illumed continuously; the
seven stars are none other than the innumerable angels and
messengers of God covered in glittering light garments [Revelations
3:1, Revelations 1:20]. If we are to ever walk once more in
white apparel among the Pleiades in the glory of Christ we must
receive the wisdom derived from the spirit of God. It means losing
all our human derived understanding and intelligence and receiving
that which is from above. In the beginning, the only way we could
have lost our garments and consequently our place among the
Pleiades, was when we substituted the wisdom of God for the wisdom
of man represented by the knowledge of good and evil.
In the beginning, when man received intelligence from the tree of
life, He was in Christ, meaning His name was written in Christ, the
book of life. However the moment man began to receive intelligence
from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil representing man’s
earthly carnal wisdom He lost His covering of light (Christ
consciousness) and consequently had His name blotted out of the book
of life and He was cast out of the company of myriads of angels who
gather before the face of the Father. Now, for those of us who are new to
spiritual teachings I want you TO understand that God uses the book
of life to describe those in the body of Christ; it is not a literal
register on some desk in the sky. If our names are found in the book
it simply means we are in Christ, our life is hid in Him. It is only
God who knows the names written in that book, being the only one who
can open the book, no man, not even angels know whose names are
written in it at all times.
The will of God is that we are gathered once more among the myriads
of angels (saints) before His glorious presence with shouts of Joy
and consequently escape the rebuke of the Lord as He appears with
them (saints or angels) before the whole world [Jude 1:23-24].
The fifth trumpet is telling us how to get our names back into the
book of life, where we can enjoy life in its fullness. It admonishes
us to strengthen the things that are about to die in us, remember
how we have received, repent and continue in that which is being
revealed to us by the spirit. As the seven spirits burn on the
inside of us, revealing the originality of all things as it is in
the mind of God, we are admonished to continue in that revelation. We must be watchful, meaning our eyes must be single,
and the mind must stay focused on the things of the spirit as they
are being revealed to us. No more should we go back to perceiving
after the mind of the flesh otherwise we risk dying off the way of
Adam. There has to be continuity in the revelation that the spirit
gives, because it is the only thing that purify us and causes Christ
awareness to increase in us.
True repentance is not going to Church to cry every Sunday, nor is
it answering altar calls every time the pastor gives a moving
message. True repentance that Jesus expects of His sons, is
interpreted in the greek as metanoeō ; to think differently or afterwards, that is, reconsider. This means we have to change our minds set from that of the serpent
that craws of the floor (carnal mind) to that which is of the lamb
on which is the seven spirits (mind of the spirit). It is only in
this state of continuous repentance that we can reverse the curse of
Adam, by losing material and self consciousness and regaining
celestial awareness and Christ consciousness. In watching with
continuity and perseverance, we are lifted up from the miry clay or
the horrible pit of our human existence and therefore regain
consciousness of our light garments. Once more, we will hear the
voice among the clouds that say this is my beloved son in whom I am
well pleased. The shame of our nakedness will be no more, as we
discover the Face of the Father once more with shouts of Joy.
KEEPING OUR GARMENTS OF LIGHT
Jesus
gave a parable of a wedding feast in honor of a king’s son [Matthew
22:1-14]. Many people were invited to the wedding, with most
people in high places and of various interests turning down this
great invitation; people of low repute were then gathered into the
wedding feast. All invited guests were expected to come to the
wedding with their garments on, and to keep their garments on during
the feast. During the wedding feast, the king went round to see His
guests; he then noticed one of the guests without His wedding
garment. The guest was jacked up, bound hand and foot and cast into
outer darkness.
Jesus used this parable to describe our eternal marriage union with
Christ the invisible and incorruptible son of God. It is the
gathering of the nations into one, in Christ, according to God’s
will [Ephesians 1:9-10]. God’s invitation is going out today
to all men, calling them to be gathered into the bridal company and
be united to the one and only begotten son of God. This union is
God’s only gift to mankind because, any man who rejects this union
abides in death, and we also know God is revealing the son from
heaven to war against death. Men who cling on their own life and
reject this all important invitation will suffer the flaming wrath
of God as He appears in the obedient ones; the obedient ones
gathered together, represent the army of God that burns up those who
reject this all important invitation to life.
Men are given access into this all important spiritual union only as
they put on their wedding garment, which is symbolic of a Christ
consciousness; moving and having our being in Him by faith. Putting
on Christ is constant conscious increase in the knowledge of Christ
and decrease in the consciousness of the old man of the flesh. The
friend who was without a garment is simply, the one who did not keep
Himself in the knowledge of the true living one. To have entered the
gathering, He must have had this garment, but lost it while in
there. The consequence of not keeping His garment is that He was
bound up by the hands and feet and cast into outer darkness where
there is bitter weeping and torment. Being chained and bound in
outer darkness signifies greater delusion leading to greater bondage
to corruption, so that the man’s state becomes worse than His first
state before he received knowledge of the truth. He is cast into
consciousness of the outer darkness of a vain material world, where
he once more loses conscious knowledge of His portion in the
almighty God and the vast unlimited blessings at His disposal. This
is the consequence of not diligently keeping one’s self in the
truth.
Our growth into the knowledge of the son of God is something that is
progressive, even when you eventually come to the place when you
realize yourself ruling and reigning in Christ, you will be careful
to maintain yourself in that state, by fighting the fight of the
faith unto the very end. Any one that is born of God has the sole
duty of keeping Himself in that state, so that the evil one doesn’t
rob Him of His Crown. It is that state that will sustain you and
bring healing to many others. Our duty is not to seek for bread or
clothing or go about seeking survival like the nations do, but to
keep our light garments for all eternity. When Jesus, told the
Disciples to beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, in their lowly
and impoverished human perception, they thought He was talking about
bread. Jesus immediately reminded them that bread is not His
problem, after all, He just a few hours back turned five loaves of
bread into thousands. Jesus was telling them to beware of the
beliefs of this age, which corrupts man and robs him of his
covering. That covering is the power that gave Jesus the faith to
multiply the loaves of bread and do the works which seem impossible
to men. So which should we strive for, the bread or the covering?
This same command to keep ones state was the commandment to Adam,
when God told Him to keep the garden, representing His state, but He
would not. We know that the branch cannot bear fruit unless it
abides in the vine, Christ is the vine and any man who does not keep
Himself in the vine dies off and he is once more subjected to man’s
system and to the tormenting fires of hell [John 15:4-6]. No
matter the stage of growth you find yourself in, there must be zeal
to remain vigilant in the spirit otherwise you lose that covering
and discover yourself once again devoid of the knowledge of God’s
presence.
1John 5:18 We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he
that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one
toucheth him not.
There are many who have started off the race as Christians with
great zeal, and they have tasted of the love of God and have seen
the powers of the ages to come, but after a while they are nowhere
to be found. What could have gone wrong? They simply didn’t keep
themselves from the wicked one, whose mission is to rob, kill, and
destroy. The wicked one kills and destroys by robbing us of the
conscious knowledge of being in the son of God; in other words the
wicked seeks to strip us of our light covering and therefore reveal
us naked before the Father.
For this reason we are admonished to alert in the spirit and watch
endlessly because the devil seeks to deceive, causing a return back
into the horrible miry clay of mortal man.
John saw a vision of the obstacle that awaits the sons of God as
they ascend back into the paradise of God:
Revelations 16:12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the
great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the
way of the kings of the east might be prepared. 13 And I saw
three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the
dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of
the false prophet. 14 For they are the spirits of devils,
working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth
and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great
day of God Almighty. 15 Behold,
I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth
his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the
Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
The great river Euphrates was first mentioned in Genesis as being on
of the four rivers which parted from the river originating from
Eden. In the transgression of Adam, He was cast out of the garden of
God (realm of the spirit) beyond the great river Euphrates where He
settled among the nations of the earth. The great river Euphrates
represents the borderline between spirit and the flesh. Now, these
are all allegories revealing man’s spiritual degradation from God’s
glory to mortal man of the earth. In His transgression, He is cast
out of the place of life and delights, but by the grace of the Lord
Jesus Christ, He is once more gathered from among the nations beyond
the Euphrates and brought back into His lost glory. This is the
trend which occurs spiritually, as we begin our ascent back into the
Paradise of God. As the saints are gathered, they are admonished to
watch and keep their garments because the dragon, the beast and the
false prophet, which represent the different faces or manifestations
of the prince of this world sets out to make war with them and try
to deny them of their glory.
The spirit of devils working miracles, represented symbolically by
three frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, and
of the beast and of the false prophet, represent the lie and
deception from the depths of Satan that try to deceive and rob the
sons of their light garment and therefore render them powerless. The
beast, the dragon and the false prophet are all one, and do
represent man, the systems of men and the systems of religion. That
which comes out of the mouth of the dragon, the beast
and false prophet, is the breath or spirit of man likened to the
depths of Satan which does not know the things that pertain to God
but the things which pertain to mortal man and this carnally
perceived world. As long as man is empowered by the knowledge from
the spirit of man, He remains ignorant of the great invisible one on
the inside and therefore can not see life.
Paul explains that the spirit of man (flesh) which is in reality the
prince of this world, does not know the things of God (spirit) [1Corinthians
2:6-14], for this reason they contradict each other and war
against each other [Galatians 5:16-17].
As sons who are ascending into omnipotence in God, to keep our
garments undefiled by the lies that litter this dark world, we must
battle the battle of the faith of our Lord Jesus in what is
spiritually called the battle of Armageddon. The name Armageddon is
used simple because it was a well known battle ground in ancient
times where great wars were fought, a place where some great kings
triumphed gloriously while others kings met their waterloo. One
example is when Deborah and Barak defeated Sisera and His great
Chariots in this place. Sisera representing the forces of darkness [Judges
5], was trying to bring down the stars of God, but they stood
their ground and fought from their heavenly abode. These are shadows
of great battle of the day of the Lord.
All that the false prophet, beast and dragon seek to do is to cause
you to lose the sacred conscious knowledge of Christ in you. Any
spirit which does not confess Christ the invisible son of God is
present in the flesh is the spirit (breath) of a false Prophet.
1John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits
whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone
out into the world. 2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every
spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of
God: 3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is
come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of
antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now
already is it in the world.
It is important to know that the dragon, the beast and the false
prophet are all spiritual concepts that have nothing to do with
somebody in Iran, in Russia or in China, nor is it some union like
the European Union like end time forecasters like to believe. They
simply represent the spirit (breath) of this Dark Age empowering and
walking in carnal men. The temptation and the lie can come from your
own carnal mind; it can function through family members, friends,
associates and indeed all men who are not working in the knowledge
of the truth. Paul calls it the spirit walking in the children of
disobedience [Ephesians 2:2].
The war and challenge of our faith, is to defeat those enemies as
they gather to strip us of the knowledge of the truth. During the
days of his ministry on the earth, Jesus had to contend day and
night with the temptations and contradictions of the carnal mind in
order to keep His garment. The intimidation, the tempting questions,
the mocking, being misunderstood, false accusations etc, were all
designed to strip Jesus of His covering, but He fought the good
fight of the faith unto the end.
One subtle example of such temptations is recorded when Peter, a
disciple tried to rebuke Jesus about losing His life on the cross,
Jesus’ immediate response was “get thee behind me Satan”. That voice
was the wisdom of the prince of darkness, that same voice of
deception trying to encourage Jesus to preserve His human life and
do away with the inner life of God within [Matthew16:21-23].
This is the wisdom that fools men into edifying the outer man of the
flesh and therefore neglecting the inner man who is of God. What
Peter did seemed right according to human wisdom, but it is the
deceitful ministration of death that the Devil uses as He works
through on the emotions of His would be victims. This same Peter was
earlier on called the rock on which Christ will build the Church,
because He received revelation truth from the father’s spirit
revealing the Christ the son of the living God in Jesus [Matthew
16:15-18]. So you see, our battle is not against flesh and blood
but against principalities and powers, working through the beliefs
of mortal man of the dust [Ephesians 6:12]. We must start off
this battle by casting down from our own minds, human beliefs that
tend to exalt themselves against the knowledge of the Christ within.
Anything that tries to hid or cover up the mystery of the Christ
within, is of the devil, and that is exactly what the systems of
this world that have made a covenant with death do. So any man, who
will retain His knowledge in the Christ, must fight the faith by
standing His ground on the truth and witnessing the good confession
unto the end. We should bear in mind that there is nothing hidden by
the ignorance of this Dark Age that will not be revealed, so we are
admonished to stand by the truth and confess the one within [Luke
22:2-3]. We are admonished to put on the armour of light
continuously so that we can quench every fiery dart of the wicked
one.
Romans 13:12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us
therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the
armour of light.
John saw another wonderful gathering of the redeemed; they were all
in white robes standing before the throne of God [Revelations
7:9-17]. If we patiently stand our ground and therefore reclaim
and keep our garments, we will discover ourselves among the great
innumerable multitude company of the redeemed in white garments who
stand before the throne beholding the glory and security of His
presence. No more will the weeping and gnashing of teeth of the
outer world be our portion, because we will abide eternally under
the protective wings of the almighty God. In this hour, let us
reclaim our glorious light garments with boldness by faith in the
blood of the lamb, which purifies us of every sense of a defiled
conscious by an illusionary identity of flesh and blood and increase
daily in Him that is true.
Amen
