REALIZING THE LIGHT BODY
1Corinthians 15:51-55 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
When Paul wrote to Timothy saying that The Lord Jesus Christ has brought immortality and life to light through the gospel, He was referring to the unveiling of the inner incorruptible light body within man [2Timothy 1:10]. He also refers to the light body when He says this corruptible must put on incorruption and this mortal must put on immortality [1 Corinthians 15:53]. We can more plainly say that the good news or revelation from God uncovers divinity with its attributes of incorruptibility and immortality within man. This divinity within man equates to irrevocable oneness with God, and access to the place of all power and dominion. One may be prompted to ask, so what then is the good news about this? The good news is that, realizing the light body is man’s only escape route from the powers of darkness. Only as man realizes the light body within, can he truly overcomes the sinful nature through lust, and the consequent imaginary infinite void between Him and God which subjects Him to the power of hell and death. Life as a mortal man of the earth, equates to ignorance of this light body and is simply no life at all; with all it’s numerous tales of limitedness, weaknesses, fears, woes and horrors, it is nothing but a manifestation of hell and death.
Today any man upon the face of the earth who hears the voice of the spirit (Christ) can freely experience true liberty and rich abundant life in the supernatural simply because the secret of the spiritual light body has been revealed to us through the mirror of the word. This is the very secret of immortality and divinity that the many wise ancients have sought to understand with no success whatsoever. Paul calls it the mystery hidden from ages and from generations but being revealed to us today [Colossians 1:26].
Have you ever sat back and pondered on what the ancient Egyptian mystics had in mind as they spent virtually all their life time figuring out and constructing those Pyramids. When they built those towering pyramids and secret chambers and placed in them the golden caskets containing mummified bodies of their dignitaries. They had just one thing in mind, that is, to understand the mystery of immortality, and how to attain to it.

Seeing darkly through glass of their earthly wisdom, the ancients constructed those monuments knowing that divinity and immortality could be found in man’s ascension from the earth into the heavenly. They had this ascension principal in mind as they constructed the pyramids to ascend from four corners upon the earth into one point in heaven. Doesn’t the Lord say He will gather His elect from the four corners or winds of the earth upon His holy Hill, where they will be once more united in one, in Christ, in God [Isaiah 11:12, Mark 13:27]. The only thing is that like most of the ancients prophets and present day philosophers and theologians, they never got the mystery that only in ascending spiritually and inwardly, can man discover His true root in eternal royalty and divinity within the resources of His own being.
If only they could see clearly through the mirror of God’s Spirit, those Egyptians wouldn’t have wasted resources and energy to construct those pyramid structures outwardly, they would have simply ascended in their consciousness upon God’s spiritual Holy mountain. Instead of trying to immortalize their dead by mummifying their bodies and placing them in gold caskets, they would have recognized and redirected their labor inwardly to realizing the inner gold (divine, incorruptible) light body within which never dies. Had King Turkmen realized the truth, he wouldn’t have listened to the mystics who made Him believe that by burying Him in a casket of Gold He will attain to a form of eternal life, He would have let go of all and ascended on the wings of the spirit.
The same goes to Moses who spent much time and resources constructing the gold Tabernacle and King Solomon the gold Temple after seeing the architectural blue prints darkly through the eyes of their human understanding. If their eyes were truly opened, they would have reverted inwards underneath the thick skin of their human material consciousness to discover the inner light body which is the incorruptible temple or house or embodiment of the invisible God. Somebody might ask, were the Tabernacle and Temple of gold. Oh yes, the inner structures which represent the true sanctuary which comprised of the holy place and the holies of holies were all made out of gold or overlaid with gold so that within all that could be seen was gold which symbolically speaks of the incorruptible and eternal nature of God’s eternal temple. Somebody might ask, then who was speaking to Moses upon mount Sinai? Well, remember that God is always speaking, but how you listen is what will either kill you or make you alive. So what Moses heard was from God, but he heard it through His own human understanding, which is the same as the knowledge from the tree of good and evil (the serpent, carnal mind). That is why his covenant or rather the covenant that he presented to the Israelites was qualified to be a ministration of death.
2Corinthians 3:7 But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away: 8 How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious? 9 For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory.
Today if you hear the voice saying construct a tabernacle or temple, it means awaken and realize the temple within you, for you are not your own but God’s. Many years later, Paul got this revelation, that is why He could boldly pronounce that we are the true Temple, Tabernacle and house of the living God which abides forever in the heavens, not made by hands of men but God. God dwells in His temple or light body by His spirit eternally; ignorance of this mystery is what constitutes the darkness of this age and the hellish agony and destruction that men suffer.
1Corithians 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
When Paul asks, know you not that you are the temple of God? He is saying, that your true essence is of pure Gold and in you is found the eternal habitation of God; you have a divine incorruptible spiritual body which is the habitation of the Spirit of God. If the Psalmist sought to dwell in the house of God forever and to enjoy the presence and security of God, He was unknowingly referring to discovering that which is already within Himself. Salvation is all about Knowing and realizing the inner light body.
The hidden incorruptible light body is the very thing Jesus was demonstrating as He ascended up the mountain with His disciples and transfigured before them [Mark 9:2]. He was simply showing the disciples the light body nested deep within them, which they can realize simply by losing their human life in the material world below and ascending on the wings of the spirit. Jesus was showing them what Moses failed to see and hear, when He constructed an earthly tabernacle. It is also the same thing that Solomon did not get right when he saw a vision of the blueprint of the temple which he constructed upon Mount Moriah (a Shadow of Zion). Like a package, along with realizing the inner light body comes the conscious knowledge of the living God and Father, our union and fellowship with the universal gathering in Christ in the cloud of His glory. The Father thunders from heaven saying, “hear Him, as He reveals the incorruptible light body deep within”. This represents the greatest and only valuable mystery that any man can receive; knowing the light body and realizing it, is the salvation and end of the faith for seekers of truth.
Shortly before ascending Jesus made a powerful statement that can easily go unnoticed: “Some of you that stand here will not taste death until they see the kingdom of God come with power”. These are the ones who hear the voice of the Spirit and ascend from the illusion of their human life into the realm of God unknown to man. These ones will in ascending, consciously regain awareness of their true light incorruptible body and consequently regain favor with God. True to His saying, Jesus took only three of His twelve disciples, to witness the mystery of the ages. Symbolically, three is a prophetic number that points to the resurrection, so that those three who ascended represent the sons of the resurrection who put on the light Body and walk and appear as angels of God manifesting His glory and power before the world [Mark 8:38].
Always remember the focus is on that light body within you, not on Jesus of Nazareth. Even the Lord Jesus, had thrown His own earthly identity into the cabbage of history, that is why he asked, “why call me good”, and further says, “on my own as a man I can do nothing”.
One may wonder why only three people of all the multitudes including the twelve disciples saw that light body of Christ in this isolated mountain. The truth is that the secret of the light body is hidden from men of this age who go about in the illusion of earthly derived identities. That which forms this present world beneath with all of its limitations and tribulations, is simply ignorance of the light body. In other words, the light body is not of this material age, but rather of an invisible spiritual eternal age where God dwells, otherwise known as the new Jerusalem, the city situated on the hill (Mount Zion). No man can walk in the consciousness of the inner light body and at the same time be of this world below because like demonstrated upon the mount of transfiguration the light body is above in the spiritual heights of God’s presence. Like Jesus, you might have a flesh body, but you are definitely not of this world. To put on the light body, a man must put off the illusion of His life upon the earth.
We can define the light Body as the true eternal spiritual and invisible consciousness which the sons of the resurrection put on as the Lord quickens them and raises them out of the illusion of their past material consciousness of flesh and blood. The light body is not black or white, American or Asian, Christian or Muslim, male or female, rich or poor by this worlds standard. It does not age, change or wear out, it simply IS. Nothing in these age can affect it’s prosperity, it just remains radiant from age to age. Yes the nations of the earth and all that is beneath waxes old, changes and perishes but the light body which is the glory of God abides forever [Psalms 102:26-28].
As the sons of the resurrection ascend, realizing their true eternal light bodies, they unite in one to that universal body and man of light know of God, which is the body of Christ. This one cooperate man known of God, happens to be the embodiment of the living God. This man lives eternally in and as the glory of God, being the express image and likeness of God. He is the one dwelling in the place of immortality and inapproachable light; He is light itself, so that the powers of corruption and death have no power over Him. He is referred to as the holy one of God, who cannot see corruption [Psalm 16:10].
The entire scope of the gospel is not to create religious entities of morality upon the earth, but to reveal our part in this cooperate body of light and therefore escape the powers of death and corruptibility. This has got nothing to do with religious structures or beliefs, because like we are understanding the cooperate body of this man of light is indeed the church (assembly of God). He is the light of the world, and the same light is the life of all men. So He has come to call His own back home so that they can once more fellowship in the light as it was before the foundation of the world.
The Father has furnished us abundantly with His Spirit as a tool to educate us on our inner light identity, because along with this realization comes a restoration of our oneness with God. The realization of our oneness with the living God where we can boldly say, “I and the Father are one”, is indeed the consciousness that provides eternal safety, prosperity and sustenance for those who find it. The words of God which say, this is my son in whom I am well pleased emanates eternality in those who realize the light body, so that they consciously aware that all things walk out for good for those who love God.
All along man’s true light personality has been hidden under a dense layer of human carnal consciousness, but by the brightness of Christ’s coming or rather His unfolding in us, the covering or the veil of our human consciousness is being removed so that we can once more enjoy our heritage as sons of light. That outer veil of the human carnal consciousness is what constitutes the man of sin who all along has usurped the place of God and sat as God in the temple, but as He is taken away by the unveiling of the truth, the true Lord seated in His eternal temple is unveiled. With the destruction of the veil of the outer human consciousness (the flesh), the saints can once more shout and sing for joy saying, “O death where is thy sting” because they realize their true inner light body who is united eternally in one with God and knows no limits.
Isaiah 25:7 And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations. 8 He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken
it.
Along with this sacred consciousness comes favor with God and the joy of our salvation because the imaginary sense of separation which produced the curse is no more. The anguish of soul, the torments and bitter tears we suffered when we were veiled and trapped in that outer human material conscious becomes one long past nightmare. Death and the fear of death is no more for those realize the light body, because they stand firm in a conscious oneness with the living God that never passes away, no more in relation to vanity and a temporal order that fades away. Yes, the outer material world is constantly passing away but those who hear the voice of the Father and obey Him by putting on the light body, abide forever.
Have you ever wondered what Paul was implying when he wrote the following to the Philippians:
Philippians 1:23 I am pulled in two directions. I want very much to leave this life and be with Christ, which is a far better thing; 24 but for your sake it is much more important that I remain alive. 25 I am sure of this, and so I know that I will stay. I will stay on with you all, to add to your progress and joy in the faith,. .. ………………………. (GNB)
Paul had reached a dimension in God, where He was no longer living in relation to a this present world order, so that it did not matter if He was here in the natural body or not. Of course leaving the natural body, would have been better for Him because He is loosened from the limits and the temptations associated with it. His remaining in the natural body was for the sole purpose of manifesting the mystery of godliness as the light of the world, to give life to men who still groan under the power of hell and death. In clear language, He had realized the true inner light body and was experiencing that sacred consciousness that never passes away, so that leaving this life never amounted to death for Him, He simply continues in the fellowship of love in God. Those who realize themselves in Christ by putting on the light body never die, they just continue.
In trying to unravel the mystery of our true light personalities, we will again revisit the multi-faced parable of Adam in the Garden of Eden and by the spirit we will use this parable to relocate our true light body. We should bear in mind that various facets hidden the story of Adam in the garden of Eden, reveal present and continuous event in our lives at any moment. Yes Adam might have existed as an independent man, but what matters is what the spirit is saying, not what letters and genealogies say.
The parable of Adam subtly reveals three spiritual activities that occur in every man at any given moment. In general, Adam is a symbol of man’s fall from glory into mortality, and most brethren are conversant with that aspect of Adam, not realizing that before all that, He was also raised from the dead, and ruled and reigned in Christ. One will argue but what has Adam got to do in Christ. Well you must first of all realize that the name Christ, is the name for the living one, who is in the image and likeness of God. When Adam was flourishing in Eden, He was walking in the image of the man from heaven, who is Christ the Lord, but He lost all that and became unworthy of life as a result of the transgression. So you see that story in the garden of Eden is extremely revealing, the whole purpose of the gospel can be seen within the first three chapters of the bible.
The three activities revealed in the parable of Adam are
- The veiling process in man’s descent into mortality and corruptibility
- The unveiling process in man ascent into immortality and incorruptibility
- And finally the rest as man rules, reigns and maintains Himself in the glory of God.
At any point in time a man must be experiencing one of these activities, you are either dying, awakening or living. Using spiritual language from Adam’s parable, we will start off with the veiling process to see what went wrong and how men of this age are continuously being deceived and consequently lose awareness of their true inner light bodies. Then we will see the unveiling process in Christ as man is restored back into glory and regains conscious awareness of His incorruptible light body. Finally, we will examine how we can retain conscious knowledge of the light body, never to lose it again.
THE VEILING AND DESCENT AS SEEN IN THE PARABLE OF ADAM:
The riddle of Adam’s transgression serves to expose the cunning and subtle workings of Satan whose sole duty is to rob men of their inheritance in the light. Adam in the garden of Eden represents man in God’s kingdom, as he walks tightly knitted together in oneness with the cooperate man of light (Christ). This is the state of EVERY MAN from the beginning in God as they were all united in the Fellowship of the Father and the son. In this sacred union, sin, death and the fear and the torments of Hell never existed. It is a realm and consciousness where all things are possible, so that man lacked absolutely nothing.
As long as man was empowered by the breath of God and nourished by the tree of life, He was to continue on in the fellowship of light, never to taste the powers of hell and death. All this changes as man ignorantly substitutes the breath (inner thoughts and wisdom) of God (inner thoughts and wisdom) with the breath (inner thoughts and wisdom) of Satan and the tree of life for the tree of the knowledge and good and evil. That thing that Adam received as He began feeding from the table of carnality and lies is simply wisdom of mortal man’s world below which consequently causes Him to conform Himself to a the outer temporal material world.
Along with the carnal wisdom of man which gives man a false sense of belonging to this temporal material order, comes the evil eye which breeds lust, sin, a defiled conscious and loss of boldness towards God. This is the state of the man of this world who is blinded in His heart by the god of this world (man) as He is deceived and goes about deceiving. In this state of deception a false sense of life otherwise known as flesh and blood envelops man and subtly hides the true inner spiritual body of light. The deception introduces man to a material world and hides the reality of the real unlimited spiritual world. This envelopment and veiling is demonstrated as Adam and Eve are veiled with coats of Skin, which literally hid their true incorruptible bodies and are driven away from the garden of God.
Genesis 3:21 Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them. 22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever 23 Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. 24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.
That covering of animal (beast) skin is the veiling process over Adam that occurs simultaneously as He receives the wisdom of this age. The veil is the dense covering of human mortal and corruptible consciousness that hides the true incorruptible light body (Christ) from man. The end result of putting on a flesh and blood consciousness is a degradation from God’s exalted realm or kingdom into this material world. Along with this degradation comes loss of a conscious knowledge of God and man’s true spirituality, without which no man can please God. Being out of favor with God as dictated by the now defiled conscience as a result of mans degradation, plunges man into deep tribulation and agony with His soul. This confirms the words Jesus when He says: the world does not know God, and in the world you will have nothing but tribulation.
One may argue but the bible says the Lord God is the one that veiled Adam by clothing Him in animal skin and droving Him out of the garden [God’s kingdom]. I will say that is absolutely wrong, because God is light and in Him there is no shadow of turning, He is the same yesterday today and forever. God’s unchanging desire towards man is to give Him the kingdom, which He did in the beginning. His will is to revive all men from the pit of destruction and maintain them in the place of peace and life not to veil men and banish man into destruction. Our eyes have to open to begin to truly know the true God of love, no more the veiled version we saw through the mirror of a defiled conscience or religion.
That which veils man is the god of this world which is man, not the true God as reintroduced by Christ. We must understand that from the moment Adam took the fruit the veiling process began. First He sees Himself as naked and hides from God, then God asks who told you are naked. You see God never saw Adam and Eve as naked, so why will He cloth them afterward, why will God cloth that which is His image and likeness with the inferiors coverings of animals from the dust. The god that later immerges is simply a formulation from the darkened heart of Adam as he receives the knowledge of good and Evil. That is the thief and robber that robs man of the conscious awareness of His inner light body and His portion in God’s kingdom.
If any man is not being illumed, He is being veiled and deceived, and consequently loses all knowledge of His inner light body reflecting the image of the invisible God. Know that the death process is continuous, when it says dust you are and to dust you will return, He is demonstrating a continuous slide into corruptibility and mortality for those who receive the lie and conform to the lie. This is the pitiable state of man as He continues on in the lying wisdom of this age.
THE UNVEILING AND ASCENSION AS SEEN IN THE PARABLE OF ADAM:
Most people are conversant with the fall and descent of Adam from glory, but most are unaware that in this same parable, Adam’s ascent into glory is mentioned. Like we know these are parables, so there is no point trying to figure out anything apart from how this relates to us individually and corporately in our quest for eternal excellence. What matters is what God intends to transmit to us through the pen of the writer of the old testament book called Genesis. Like we know it is the invisible deep thoughts of God as revealed by the spirit that give life not the letters, so let us hear what the spirit has to say.
Genesis 2:7-8, reveals man’s ascent from mortality, corruptibility and death into immortality, incorruptibility and life as he receives inner truth from God’s breath in what is known as the resurrection.
Genesis 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. 8 And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.
The gathering and creation of Adam from the dust, is the same process by which the Lord gather’s His elect who are languishing in the graveyard of humanity [Ezekiel 37:12-14]. Yes, a people shall be created that shall praise, these are the ones God is loosening from the prison houses of corruption (dust) so that they can declare His praise in Jerusalem [Psalms 102:18]. Jesus confirms this when He says the hour cometh when the dead will hear the voice (the breath, trumpet) of the son of man and come forth from their graves and enter into life [John 5:28-29]. That life is the life depicted by the garden of Eden which is also the new Jerusalem, God’s eternal invisible and incorruptible kingdom which never fades away. Like we know flesh and blood cannot in any way inherit God’s kingdom, neither does corruption inherit incorruption. So the very much desired transformation from the consciousness of the man of the earth (dust) occurs as man receives of God’s spirit and turns His back on the spirit of man.
The breath of the Lord, is very much the same as the sound of the trumpet, because it is the breath that produces the sound through the trumpet. These are symbols of truth unleashed from the depths of God unto to hearing of man to bring about and awakening from the illusion of His mortal existence and consequently access into the immortal. The mystery of our transformation and realization of the light body which Paul likens to putting on incorruption and immortality [1Corinthians 15:51-55], comes by hearing the truth and single mindedly conforming to that truth.
The sound of the trumpet is known as the last trumpet because after it there is no other voice, as it sounds that which is hidden is brought to light and the other numerous lying voices of Babylon are silenced forever. The trumpet awakens us to our true identities, it simply revives us from the pit of our human consciousness, which binds us to an earthly identity back into the consciousness of the son of God who is without beginning or end of days.
Flesh and blood cannot enter God’s kingdom, meaning that dense covering of human consciousness, which is the veil, has to be ripped apart and burnt with the fire of the Holy Ghost. As the Holy Ghost reveals truth, the spiritual light body which we call Christ within, is laid bare. Along with the realization of the spiritual light body comes the awareness of God’s unlimited spiritual blessing in the paradise of God.
Realizing the inner light body (Christ) is
- The door to God’s Kingdom [John 10:9]
- The way to the Father [John 14:6]
- Our liberation from the power of the sin through lust [John 8:32]
Those who do good by hearing the truth and patiently exercising themselves in it by speaking the words of truth and walking in relation to the spirit will realize themselves back in the place of pleasures and divine health. There is no magic here, those who sow to the spirit by putting on the single eye (mind) of the spirit will be the ones to shed their covering of flesh and blood and inherit life by virtue of the realized inner light body.
MAINTAINING THE LIGHT BODY IN GOD’S GARDEN
We have spoken about the
veiling process which hides man’s true spiritual light body and the
unveiling process which unveils it. Unknown to the outer world some
people have realized the light body to some extent and are ever
progressing into God’s kingdom. This is the secretive manner in
which Christ comes from generation to generation without those on
the outer noticing. How will the world recognize God’s sons who walk
in the reality of the inner life of the Spirit when they couldn’t
recognize Christ Jesus. Only those who experience it, know for sure
within themselves that they walk in this reality. That is why the
Lord says I will give you a light stone with a name written on it
which no man knows except Him that receives it [Revelation 2:17].
The white (light) stone is the crystal clear light body with the
inscription of the name of the Lord that the overcomer receives as
his inheritance forever if He continues in the doctrine of truth. No
man (mortal man) knows (consciously) the name of the Lord, because
he is a product of ignorance that name.
That light body Jesus
revealed on the mount of transfiguration is the same consciousness
He walked in during the days of His ministry as He went about
preaching the mystery of godliness, but the outer world couldn’t
recognize that He was the Lord of glory [1 Corinthians 2:8].
Even His disciples at that point in time didn’t truly know Him the
way He is, the same way many professing Christian do not know Him to
this day. When John saw Him again on in the Spirit on the Lords day,
He realized how much He didn’t know him. You need discernment to
recognize those who walk in the power of the resurrection.
When Paul spoke of a man who was caught up into the third heavens,
in or out of the body, He was referring to the experience of His
realizing the light Body and consequently entering into the paradise
of God [2 Corinthians 12:2-4]. In the body (flesh and blood
consciousness) means absence from the Lord, while absence from the
body of death, means realizing the inner spiritual light body and
consequently being united in one with the Lord. So you can see Paul
realized the light body to some extent like we established earlier
on. He is not the only one, there are many others also who have
attained to this sacred consciousness and many others will follow. I
personally know some of them, but you do not say these things to the
hearing of the outer world.
The
point we are trying to make is that those who attain to this
realization have the sole duty of keeping themselves in the
consciousness of the light body. Even as the awakening takes place,
and the morning star dawns in the heart of the seeker of truth, He
must keep Himself, so that He is no more ensnared by the Devil back
into the prison house of corruption. Like we see in Genesis 2:15,
the sole duty of those who attain to the resurrection in any measure
is to keep their garden like state.
Genesis
2:15 And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of
Eden to dress it and to keep it. 16 And the LORD God commanded the
man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat 17
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not
eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely
die.
In
order to keep that garden state as Adam was ruling and reigning in
the Consciousness of the light body, God commanded Him not to eat of
the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. He was simply implying
that Adam should not go back to receiving wisdom from the world
below, do not go back and be entangled with the vanity of the world
below, do not go back and be conformed into the image of the man of
the dust. The dust below from which Adam was quickened is the world,
where carnality, corruption and death reigns, so we are admonished
not to love the world but have our affections set above in God’s
invisible kingdom. The consequence of not hearkening to the voice
of God is death which is total loss of the knowledge of the man of
light within for the inglorious man of the flesh.
Herein lies the battle for those who are awakening to the truth,
that there is continuity in their progress into the light. Now we
understand the battle that Paul was referring to towards the end of
His ministry when he says: “I have fought the faith, I have finished
my course I have kept the faith” [2 Timothy 4:7]. Adam did
not fight a good fight, he did not keep the sacred word of truth he
received from God that is why He descended back into the abyss of
destruction. Many today leave the faith or stumble, because like
Adam and Eve, they are lured by the gainsaying influences of this
world to go down for gain of this world, so that they are seen,
promoted and exalted among men who live by sight and not by faith.
We are however admonished to stay away from the wisdom of this age
which works according to the lust of the eyes and continue on into
the light.
Timothy 6:5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and
destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness:
from such withdraw thyself. 6 But godliness with contentment
is great gain. 7 For we brought nothing into this world,
and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 8 And having
food and raiment let us be therewith content. 9 But they that
will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many
foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and
perdition. 10 For the love of money is the root of all evil:
which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith,
and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 11 But
thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after
righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. 12
Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life,
whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession
before many witnesses.
In
Paul’s letter to His spiritual son, He explains that our fight is to
lay hold on eternal life which is to stay put and never allow the
temptations of this world rob us of the consciousness of the light
body. The man of God, is the man of the spirit or the man of light,
which is Christ in us, and in spiritual terms he is poor in relation
to this material world but rich in faith towards God [James 2:5].
The man of the flesh on the other hand is the one who is rich in
relation to this material world but poor in faith towards God. Our
fight as saints is to continue in the revelation of our true inner
identities by pursuing faithfulness before the face of the Father.
Attempts to sow to the flesh and walk faithlessly before God for the
gain of the glories of this outer world, only causes man to lose His
fellowship of love in the light. Remember what Eve thought within
Herself as she beheld the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil:
Genesis 3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good
for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to
be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof,
and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did
eat.
She
was ensnared by the gainsaying wisdom of this material world of men
and consequence invited death. If any man will stand in the place of
life he must become like a fool before men to maintain himself
there. If you receive God’s wisdom, your family members will think
you are foolish as you turn away from their highly sacred human
beliefs, your friends will mock you, the religious brethren will be
praying, fasting and having night vigils for you.
The
first rule of maintaining ourselves in light is to keep the
revelation of our incorruptibility, innocence and oneness with God
to ourselves. There is no need trying to go out and argue with
people who do not have the revelation that you have. Cast not your
pearls to pigs otherwise they will turn around and devour you,
meaning the revelation of Christ within is not something to bother
sharing with the carnal or religious minded who mind the letters and
not the Spirit. Those who are of the truth will hear the truth
without disputes and arguments and God will bring them your way at
the appointed time.
We
must guard the inner revelation we have, by keeping ourselves from
the many voices of reasoning of men according to traditional
concepts of religion and moral values that only breed confusion,
fear and condemnation within us. The voices of men which comes forth
to destabilize us and breed guilt by causing us to look at our outer
human selves all originate from the tree of the knowledge of good
and evil. Just listen to the carnal mind within and without, all
they subtly do is to tell you how imperfect you are or how human you
are. What these voices fail to realize is that we do not live after
the flesh by after the inner man whom they know not. Christ was not
revealed from heaven to perfect the outer man, but to do away with
it and awaken us to the reality of the inner man of light who is
without any trace of imperfection. Our perfection is ours without
condition, it is simply us. So we should never allow the accusations
of men rob us of the knowledge of the man of light within. Never
allow family members, brethren or friends who knew you in the days
of ignorance, rob you of the revelation you have, just continue in
it. If the earthly brethren of Jesus did not believe Him, despite
the works he did, why do we bother and let your close relations rob
you of the gift freely given to you.
If
any trace of guilt arises from within, and tries to rob us of the
knowledge of our oneness with the Father, always remember the blood
of the lamb and the finished work on the cross, because we who walk
according to the revelation of the inner man have continuous
forgiveness of sin [Ephesians 1:7]. This is symbolically
demonstrated when Moses hanged the bronze serpent on a pole in the
Israeli camp, so that anyone who was bitten by those venomous
wilderness serpents, would look unto the bronze serpent and get
healed. Remember, the movement from the Israelites from the land of
Egypt to the promise land is symbolic of an ascension from the
consciousness of the flesh to that of the spiritual man who enters
the promised land which is Paradise. The venomous serpents represent
the wisdom of this dark age working through the minds of men and
their systems as they inject you with lies that produce guilt, fear
and consequent loss of faith and knowledge of the inner light being.
God in His wisdom has given us deep insight into the mystery of the
cross, showing us that we stand eternally forgiven before Him, as
every transgression and sin was heaped upon Jesus upon the cross. It
teaches us that God does not hold us accountable for the
imperfections of the outer man, but has rather reconciled us unto
Himself with an everlasting love. So with this knowledge at hand we
can withstand the forces of darkness as they try to deceive you and
lead you back into darkness.
The
price a man pays for realizing the light body and maintaining it is
a loss of His attachments to the outer world, as no one can live in
two worlds. The light body is not of this material world, neither
does it have it’s origin in womb of a natural woman. Jesus says,
before a man goes to war, wouldn’t He count the costs before going
to battle to see if He can stand, the cost is losing all for the
sake of the knowledge of Christ the Spirit [Luke 14.25-33].
Any one who seeks the eternal excellence of Christ must be prepared
to lose all in relation to this world so that He stands in the pure
spiritual light state which He had before this world was or before
he descended into mortality. There is no man that seeks the glory
above that meddles with the affairs of men of the dust below,
neither does the temple of God have anything to do with the temple
of idols ( mortal men).
Some will ask but what about my earthly family, my businesses, my
inheritance upon the earth etc. Now bear in mind that this is to
those who are awakening and experientially walking in the
consciousness of the light body to some extent not to be babes in
the faith. The secret here is that when they see the light in
you, they will eventually be converted. Now, not all might do that
in the days of their flesh, but bear in mind whether they like it or
not they still must return back to the fellowship of light even if
it takes a thousand years. Some are appointed to go ahead of their
brethren into the place of divinity very much like Joseph’s
separation and exaltation to the throne. Like Joseph who became a
life giver, these ones who go ahead of their brethren and put on
incorruptibility and manifest that light to their brethren who grope
in darkness under the shadow of death. when they see the light
manifest in them they will bow to that light to live, exactly the
way the brothers of Joseph bowed to him for bread. Yes, in later
days of great tribulation, they will remember and call on the name
of the living one.
Revelations 3:9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan,
which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will
make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I
have loved thee.
So
you see, there is no point worrying over a family member or a close
one who you feel is not saved, just stand in your place and continue
in the faith. Jesus didn’t go about harassing His family members, or
worrying about them, If He did, probably some of us wouldn’t have
heard the gospel. I can assure you that some of them might be
listening now. We must trust God, that he is in charge.
Now
some will ask, How will we survive if we leave all for the sake of
the gospel? I repeat, this response is for those who are
awakening in the resurrection and have consciously put on the
consciousness of the light body. This is the same question and
fear that has defeated many brethren who know the truth. It is the
same fear that drove back most of the volunteers who initially went
up with Gideon to fight the Midianites. It was fear that caused the
Israelites to enter the promise land only after forty years of
roaming the desert after missing their first chance. Inability to
comprehend the fact that everything seen in the natural came into
existence though the invisible light body of Christ will cause you
to stumble. Yes, all things were created by God through Christ,
whether they be visible or invisible. So isn’t that power sufficient
to cater for the sons of God as they display the mystery of
godliness. Isn’t the cloud by day and the fire by night that hovered
over the Israelites in the wilderness and catered for their every
need for forty years enough to sustain God’s own body and keep it.
Wasn’t that unseen power able to sustained Jesus during His
ministry. Didn’t it keep and guide Moses for forty years in the
wildness when He ran away from Egypt. Didn’t it guide Noah’s Ark to
the peak of Ararat faithfully. In likewise manner those who attain
to this place live by the power of God, the one within who is
greater than Him that is without.
Jesus once asked His disciples:
Luke 22:35 And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse,
and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing.
You
see, all that the sons of the resurrection who walk in the
consciousness of the light body need to do is maintain themselves in
the consciousness of the incorruptible light body, because out of it
flows the power to sustain and keep us in perfect peace for all
eternity.
We
are hearing the trumpet sounding this very hour, revealing truth
from the depths of God and unveiling the truth of our incorruptible
and immortal nature so that we can by it enjoy true life once more.
So what do we do then; we can begin diligently and patiently to work
out our salvation so that we can confirm our place among myriads of
perfected sons who awaken from the dust and ascend into the place of
life upon mount Zion. With meekness and
enthusiasm, let us in one accord loosen ourselves from every
attachment to the beggarly elements of this world below while
serving the name of the Lord faithfully. He promises to glorify and
cloth His servants with incorruptibility and immortality so that
they can once more enjoy eternal favor.
