FOURFOLD RESTORATION OF THE LAMB

This message is extremely deep and prophetic; it reveals deep thoughts of God and causes us to have a God’s eye view of our origin and return back to glory. In most of our writings, we use revelation and prophetic communication for our edification in the knowledge of the son, Christ. We do this because this is the only way the mystery can be comprehended. All the books and letters of the Apostles, were derived from revelation knowledge inspired by the spirit of God on the inside of them; they read manuscripts from the bible and saw the mysteries of God and His kingdom through the testimony of Jesus. Let us not deceive ourselves into thinking we can ever comprehend the mystery of God and His kingdom by our carnal understanding. The procedures of morality and religion will lead us nowhere near God’s kingdom; it is a case of the blind leading the blind only to end up in the slippery paths of death. The mysteries of the kingdom are only comprehended when our eyes of understanding are opened and illuminated by God’s spirit to comprehend His deep thoughts.

Let us put the torchlight of the spirit on the famous Adulterous sin of David; read 2Samuel Chapters 11 & 12. We read how David stayed at Home in the season when kings where out in battle; in his idleness, from the balcony of his palace his eyes caught a hold of a nude beautiful Lady called Bathsheba while she was having her bath. He lusted after her beauty and was drawn into committing physical adultery with her, after which she got pregnant. That was not just it, David slipped from that state of innocence He once demonstrated in days He refrained from killing His predecessor Saul unto that of a murderer. He ended up orchestrating the death of Uriah the Husband of Bathsheba in an attempt to cover up His adulterous act. To Cap His abominable acts against God, on learning of Uriah’s death, He went ahead to take Bathsheba as His wife.

We see from this story that David broke the commandments of God in every way (carnally speaking). He profaned the name of the Lord God; he coveted His neighbor’s property; He committed adultery; He murdered and He stole. In one blow He had virtually broken all of the famous Ten Commandments. We will discover that the ten commandments are so interwoven that breaking one of them, means breaking all them.

James 2:10  For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

Matthew 5:19  Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

David sinned and was doomed to die according to the law, but His recognition of the voice of God from the mouth of the prophet, Nathan was His saving grace; He recognized that He had sinned against His rock, His shield and the lifter of His Head.

This is the prophetic utterance of Nathan and David’s initial response [2Samuel 12:1-6].

2Samuel 12:1-6  And the LORD sent Nathan unto David. And he came unto him, and said unto him, There were two men in one city; the one rich, and the other poor. 2  The rich man had exceeding many flocks and herds: 3  But the poor man had nothing, save one little ewe lamb, which he had bought and nourished up: and it grew up together with him, and with his children; it did eat of his own meat, and drank of his own cup, and lay in his bosom, and was unto him as a daughter. 4  And there came a traveller unto the rich man, and he spared to take of his own flock and of his own herd, to dress for the wayfaring man that was come unto him; but took the poor man's lamb, and dressed it for the man that was come to him. 5  And David's anger was greatly kindled against the man; and he said to Nathan, As the LORD liveth, the man that hath done this thing shall surely die: 6  And he shall restore the lamb fourfold, because he did this thing, and because he had no pity.

David on initially hearing the Parable of Nathan was greatly angered and declared that the rich man who robbed the poor man of His only lamb should be put to death, and the lamb of the poor man be restored fourfold.  David did not realize initially that the prophesy was directed to Him; in likewise manner, many people have read this story over and over again, not realizing that this whole story refers to each and every one of us.

Nathan further explained that the parable was a parable in direct reference to David and his sin. He pronounced judgment of humiliation and warring in David’s House [ 2 Samuel 9-12]. David on realizing His transgression repented, these were the words of Nathan to David in response to His repentance.

2Samuel 12:13-14  And David said unto Nathan, I have sinned against the LORD. And Nathan said unto David, The LORD also hath put away thy sin; thou shalt not die. 12:14  Howbeit, because by this deed thou hast given great occasion to the enemies of the LORD to blaspheme, the child also that is born unto thee shall surely die.

This story is a classical piece for our edification unto the knowledge of the son; we will discover the whole story of man’s fall and His eventual redemption back to glory hidden in this two chapters.

DAVID’S FALL A SHADOW OF MAN’S DESCENT FROM GLORY.

In a period where kings were watchful and alert at the battle fronts, David was found idle in the luxury of His palace, giving room for temptation to take a hold of Him. This is a picture of man spiritually falling asleep. Sleeping spiritually points to a slip from spiritual awareness of God and His kingdom to a state utter ignorance in relation to the conscious awareness of God. This is a state of mind which man puts on, when His spiritual faculties go to sleep so that the faculties of the carnal mind take over. For this reason Jesus always admonished that we watch so that we do not fall into temptation and cause the shame of our nakedness to be revealed [Matthew 26:41, Revelation 16:15]. The shame of our nakedness is that ungodly carnal and weak human state which is revealed in us when we lose our glorious light covering in God (Awareness). The loss of that cover means man’s loss of His awareness as the Son in the Bosom of God the Father; it causes degradation in man from the image of the glorious immortal God to corruptible mortal man.

Paul also admonished that we put on the whole armor of God, and be in the state of watchfulness as one in battle [Ephesians 6:10-18]. This is the state of alertness every son of God is to put on throughout eternity if he is to maintain Himself in the son (Christ), who is the glory of God. Our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers of this age which battle against the knowledge of Christ. The battle the enemy wages out there is to cause us to lose our crown and covering of glory in Christ.

If David had been out in battle in a state of alertness, there is no way He would have been lured into the temptation He fell into. Unknown to many, this was exactly the case with Adam, Adam partook of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil only because His spiritual faculties went to sleep; in other wards, He was simply not watching when he was tempted. He descended in His consciousness to listen to the whisper of the serpent from the dust (voice of the principalities and powers of this age) and fell into the snare of the Devil. The rest is History; He lost His covering in God and become very much like a mortal man of the earth (dust).

In that state of sleep man puts on what is known as an evil eye; an eye which sees after the natural senses and therefore incubates and produces lust for this corruptible and material world. When David looked down from the balcony of His palace to behold and lust after the woman and to fornicate with her, we are seeing a picture of the sons of God losing their glory for the deceitfulness of the glories of this world.  If you remember in the days of Noah, this was the same thing that lured the sons of God from their glory; they lusted after the deceitful beauty of daughters of men which represents the systems of this material world of man. Their descent and union with the systems of this material world is what bred the wickedness and eventual destruction of that system in that day.

The adulterous union between David and Bathsheba produced a seed which is the seed of adultery. The seed can be likened to the mortal man of the flesh which is created in man’s descent into mortality. This evil union is possible only when man leaves His union in the spirit with the Lord God, to be united with the flesh.

1Corinthians 6:15-18  Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid. 16  What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.  17  But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. 18  Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

SLAYING OF THE LAMB, THE FOUNDATION OF THIS WORLD

The parable of Nathan concerning the lamb, the poor man and the rich man reveals a spiritual phenomenon that occurs when the sons of God leave there domain in God to descend and be united to the flesh. The parable says that in a city there was a rich man and a poor man; these are two levels of consciousness that exist within every man. The rich man represents the man of the flesh who is rich in relation to this material world, while the poor man represents the man of the spirit who is poor in relation to this material world and rich in faith in relation to God’s spiritual kingdom. All that man of the spirit has is that innocent lamb-like nature who is blameless and just before God.

God’s was simply saying from this parable that in mans descent to be united to flesh and blood, the true original lamb nature within Him is slain. Unknowingly men have slain that innocent and blameless personality in them in their conformation to this world. THAT ENVIROMENT CALLED THE WORLD, WHICH MEN FORMULATE IN THEIR MORTAL DESCENT INTO FLESH AND BLOOD, HAS IT’S FOUNDATION BUILT ON THE SLAIN LAMB. This is the lamb that is slain before the foundation of the world; it is the pure innocent seed or the Christ within us that is slain when man is conformed to this material world. One may ask, how can this be? We were generated in the image of God, which is Christ the Lamb of God; this is the innocent, pure undefiled form we were generated in, before our Adam-like descent into a flesh and blood identity.  In this descent that innocent seed (the Lamb of God) is slain. There is no way we can live a life after the flesh and at the same time live a life after the spirit; it is either the spiritual, blameless and innocent seed of Christ living in us or the man of sin living in us.

Some argue that they were not born innocent, but I say that every new born baby is born innocent and pure even though all that is lost as they are conformed by the teachings and influence of this age into flesh and blood identities. So to enter back into God’s kingdom or the knowledge of the Christ, we must all be converted back to be like those innocent children who have not yet been defiled by the principalities and powers of this material age.

To add Uriah who was killed by David, means light of Jah (God) in the original Hebrew translation [אוּריּ    אוּריּהוּ       'ûrîyâh  'ûrîyâhû oo-ree-yaw', oo-ree-yaw'-hoo   flame of Jah; Urijah ]. This Means that all the actions of David, while He transgressed against the Lord, spiritually amounted to extinguishing the light of God in Him; he was killing the light of God. It is the darkening of the minds of men as they conform themselves to corruptible images of flesh and blood and as they worship and acknowledge the creature rather than the creator. This is the light of life and vitality which Christ has come to restore back to all men because in him is the light and the life of all men who have descended into this dark world.

As long as man lives in flesh in the spiritual environment called the world he is a transgressor before God and he is cut off from that life of God. In this state there is no way man can please God by keeping His commandments, because those commandments are fulfilled only in the pure innocent seed (Christ the son). Outside the son, like David , man descends into the state of murderers, thieves, blasphemers of God, adulterers, liars, thieves etc.

The word from heaven today is that the lamb must be restored fourfold back to its owner [2 Samuel 12:6]. David had made this statement in His anger, not knowing the eternal significance to those words. The fourfold restoration of the lamp, means that every faculty in us that was lost to the man of the flesh, has to be restored back to the Christ. The mind, the desires, the will and the emotions and all that is within us has to be restored to the lamb, so that it becomes the mind of Christ; the will of Christ; the desires of Christ and the emotions of Christ. Like Paul says we are not our own, but we are Christ’s, all men must heed to the call to restoration back to the Christ within.

TRIBULATION, CONSEQUENCE OF  THE ADULTEROUS SEED

The Prophet Nathan prophesied that David will have problem from within His household. This is the tribulation that arises from within man when man walks according to the flesh. It is the state of disharmony that arises in the members of our houses (our bodies) when we are not aligned with the will of God. The diverse lusts, the unbraided desires, the emotional turmoil’s and unfruitfulness we experience are all a result of man’s conformation to a flesh and blood identity at the expense of the innocent seed of Christ within.

James 4:1-4  From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?  2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.  3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.  4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

Tribulation and wrath  is the ultimate result of man’s existence outside Christ. Christ the son is the only one who knows the Father and asks and receives all that He needs, because the Father loves the son and they are inseparable in all things. As long as we feel a sense of condemnation or disharmony with the Father and His eternal purposes we are in tribulation.

According to the word of Nathan, that seed of falsehood produced by the adulterous union between David and Bathsheba must die [2 Samuel 12:13-14]. Notice carefully that the prophet said that David will not die, instead the seed from the adulterous union will die. God is not out to kill or destroy men, what He roots out and destroys is that man of flesh that we developed in our humanity. This means that, that mighty vain man of the flesh which we have developed in our ignorance and descent must die, so that the man of the spirit who is true and just, will come forth once more. The corn of wheat must fall to the floor and die to give way for the life; the old man of the earth must die so that that Him that is true and just will be revealed in us; the outer man must perish to give way for the inner man.

  FASTING UNTO THE SABBATH

David lay on the floor for seven days fasting while the child died off exactly as the Lord had said. On the seven day after the death of the child, he arose from the ground, changed His garment, anointed Himself with oil and then entered into God’s temple to worship. After all this He eats food once more. There is revelation truth hidden here. I am not saying that David had an idea of the eternal message which God by His spirit is communicating to us in this hour concerning His fasting and eventual entrance into the temple.

2Samauel 12:15-20  And Nathan departed unto his house. And the LORD struck the child that Uriah's wife bare unto David, and it was very sick.  16  David therefore besought God for the child; and David fasted, and went in, and lay all night upon the earth. 17  And the elders of his house arose, and went to him, to raise him up from the earth: but he would not, neither did he eat bread with them. 18  And it came to pass on the seventh day, that the child died. And the servants of David feared to tell him that the child was dead: for they said, Behold, while the child was yet alive, we spake unto him, and he would not hearken unto our voice: how will he then vex himself, if we tell him that the child is dead? 19  But when David saw that his servants whispered, David perceived that the child was dead: therefore David said unto his servants, Is the child dead? And they said, He is dead. 20  Then David arose from the earth, and washed, and anointed himself, and changed his apparel, and came into the house of the LORD, and worshipped: then he came to his own house; and when he required, they set bread before him, and he did eat.

David had fasted for seven days before arising to worship God. That seventh day in this context, prophetically points to God’s Sabbath day; a day of rest and solemnity unto God. To be ushered into the eternal Sabbath day of rest and glory we must enter into this same fast, spiritually though.

A fast unto God is denial of our fleshy pleasures to be heard on high by God. In this new dispensation, it is much more than denying ourselves of food and water. A fast is a  denial of the man of the flesh so that the man of the spirit has it’s way. During the fast our carnal thoughts and ways according to the flesh are shoved aside for the thoughts and ways of the Lord. Isaiah Chapter 58, explains what a fast is all about, it is not just a denial of food and water like I earlier pointed out, but rather it is a denial of our fleshy appetites to satisfy the appetite of the Christ within. It is a denial of our carnal pleasures to do that which is pleases God.

Isaiah 58:13-14  If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words: 14  Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

Whereby the man of the flesh wants to judge, accuse and behold the nakedness, hunger and poverty of its brethren, the man of the spirit seeks to justify the condemned, cover the naked, feed the hungry in the knowledge of the truth and loosen those taken captive of the Devil. In the spiritual fast, man puts on the mind of Christ to do the things that please the Lord. Those things that please the Lord are actually against the man of the flesh, who does not know God nor can be subject to Him. From experience, I have found out from experience, that it is easier for men to go without food for many days than to walk in the spirit doing only the things that please God.

The Lord promises that as man sows to the Christ within, the obscurity and darkness within us (ignorance) is converted to the noonday where there is no darkness at all. The famished and desert-like condition of the soul is converted to the state of that of the garden of God where there is satisfaction, gladness and Joy. All this is because that eternal presence of the omnipotent and  omnipresent one becomes alive in us once again whereby we can call and He says here I am [Isaiah 58: 8-11].

David’s change of apparel and anointing of His head is reference to the conversion of the garment of mourning into the garment of praise and the anointing with the oil of gladness and Joy of the Lord. This is an awakening to the marvelous glorious life of God’s kingdom. Those who wait on the Lord, will have their sackcloth removed by the Lord and they will be granted entrance into the inner chambers of His temple, where there is found praise and delight in the name of God.

Psalm 30:11-12  Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness; 12  To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.

Those who wait on the Lord will never be disappointed because He will take each and every one of them into His temple to serve, worship and behold is beauty forever and ever.

THE PRAYER OF DAVID

Psalm 51 reveals David’s deep prayer of repentance and His yearning for reconciliation back to God. I can imagine that those words of supplication were repeated over and over again during His seven day fast. In this Psalm he acknowledges His blood tainted, impoverished and battered state and asks God for a restoration back to the place of Joy and gladness.

Psalm 51:1-19  <To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David, when Nathan the prophet came unto him, after he had gone in to Bathsheba.> Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: -- - - -  -- - - - -Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. 8  Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice. 9  Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.  10  Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. 11  Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. 12  Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. 13  Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.  14  Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness. 15  O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.  16  - - - - - - -  - - -  - -   18  Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem.   - - -  - -

I have seen people who committed physical fornication and adultery, who used Psalm 51 to publicly confess their sense of sin, but I am of the view that using this scripture in relation to things in this material age is without understanding and therefore unfruitful.  We will look at this important prayer with the eye of the spirit so as to get an understanding of it’s eternal significance. This famous prayer is reference to the inner groaning of the soul for a restoration of God’s complete salvation. It is a prayer that can be uttered by only those who have a spiritual eyes view of where they have fallen from. If the prayer is restoring the salvation of God to us, it means that we lost it somewhere along the line. This is the salvation we all lost in Adam.

In man’s descent from His blamelessness and innocence found within the confines of His spiritual identity in Christ, He loses all the benefits of His inheritance he had in the beginning. Part of the benefits man loses, is the spiritual environment called Eden situated in God’s kingdom. That garden state talks about the joy, peace, security and riches in glory which man loses in fall. Like we have established, in the fall man also loses His state of pure selflessness and innocence and becomes a transgressor by nature of the flesh. The breath of God (God’s spirit) is lost so that man sinks down into the dust into a state synonymous to corruption, mortality, emptiness and vanity. The walls of Jerusalem are broken down, meaning He loses His safety and salvation in God. Knowledge of God seizes because He is cut off from the presence of God, far away where He perishes in His sins and transgressions.

On getting a revelation of where we have fallen from, what man can do is to head back to God with these same words of David. We pray that we are conformed back into the image of Son, so that being found in Him without spot and wrinkle we once more enjoy the spiritual blessing we lost in the beginning. We ask that we be ever illuminated by the holy spirit so that we can awakening from the lowly dust into the likeness of the immortal and incorruptible son. Our awakening into the likeness of the son is the only thing that can bring back that satisfaction we desire.

Psalms 17:15  As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness.

In turning back to the Lord, the walls of security which were broken are restored back to us so that we can once more dwell in the perfect peace and security of God.

Isaiah 60:18  Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation, and thy gates Praise.

RESTORATION OF THE SEED OF GOD

2Samuel 12:24-25  And David comforted Bathsheba his wife, and went in unto her, and lay with her: and she bare a son, and he called his name Solomon: and the LORD loved him.  25  And he sent by the hand of Nathan the prophet; and he called his name Jedidiah, because of the LORD.

After the repentance and forgiveness, a new creation seed that is loved of God and destined to rule on the throne of David emerges. That old seed (man of the flesh) born out of fornication is no more, it gives way for a true seed who is acceptable to God. In a prophetic gesture, David called the son Solomon, which in the Hebrew means peaceful [שׁלמה shelômôh shel-o-mo'  peaceful; Shelomoh, Solomon]. He was loved of God like we read in [2 samuel 12:24-25] and the Lord through the Prophet Nathan, called Him Jedidiah meaninh beloved of God [ידידיה    yedîydeyâh yed-ee-deh-yaw'  beloved of Jah; Jedidejah].

This new seed given the name Solomon and Jedidejah is that promised seed that is eternally beloved of God. Who is the only beloved of the Father? It is no other than the Christ who is in the bosom of God the Father. It is that product of our uniting ourselves once more in one with the spirit of Christ. In Christ the son, we find that peace and favor of God which surpasses the knowledge of men.

Brethren this is the whole story, anyone that says He has not sinned is a liar. What is that sin? It is the shift from the heights we were all generated in Christ. God’s desire is to see each and every one of His return to our original place, so that we can once more be in the company of His beloved. This is done by our conformation by the spirit as we behold the glory of the Christ. Time has come to leave off the things that tie us to this material world and therefore loosen ourselves into God’s eternal realm. Let the barriers of human existence be dissolved by the knowledge of Him that is throughout all eternity. Let our families after the flesh dissolve into that one family in Christ; let the nations dissolve into that one nation (the Heavenly Jerusalem) and let all the tongues become one tongue in Christ.

Amen
