Many people today still fall under the spell of
condemnation simply because they have not understood the
significance of the blood of Jesus nor have they understood
the mystery of Christ in relation to themselves. No matter how high
up we go in the faith we will discover that it is only the grace
that is the blood of Christ that truly gives us the power to inherit
the glory of God. Meaning that no man can boast, neither can any man
who moves up in God ever judge or condemn His fellow brethren. The
more we realize that on our own we can do nothing, the more the
doors of God's kingdom opens.
Some of us suffered for many years
as a result of this strong sense of condemnation we felt on the
inside of us. In my case, everyone around
me knew I had the word and I truly wanted to please God. To the contrary
they saw an inconsistent Christian in me. One moment I am high and
confessing the name of the Lord, the next moment I am displaying
fruits that declare otherwise. I went through so much pain and
embarrassment as a result of my battle to please God. An idiot and
fool I made of myself in the eyes of men, till God opened my eyes to
a simple truth. I know of many other brethren who heard the message
of the kingdom many years ago and are virtually a wreck today. They
keep roaming the earth looking for peace and victory but it deludes
them, talk less of other brethren particularly here in Italy who are
locked up in the battle with condemnation.
There is one thing we should remember That truth is that God’s
sacrificial lamb has been slain once and for all times. God has
already justified me and accepted me among the beloved. God never
looks at what I may term sin but He sees the blood of Jesus that
pleads and speaks of good things towards God.
Hebrews 12:22
But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living
God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of
angels,
To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are
written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits
of just men made perfect,
And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of
sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of
Abel.
The blood of Abel and
indeed all the prophets killed in this world cried for revenge and
judgement against those who killed them. It is the world that killed them, and
we were part of that old world system. In Christ we find a new type of
blood that overpowers that old type of blood. The blood of Jesus
pleads and asks for forgiveness for the world.
This eternal sacrifice
(The blood of Jesus) covers us so that God no more looks at what we
term sin. God now sees sons in us. We just have to accept the fact
that we are save by grace and not because we did this or we did
that. Our salvation is a free gift.
Romans 3:20 -25 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no
flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the
knowledge of sin. But now the righteousness of God without the law
is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; Even
the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ
unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being
justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in
Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation
through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the
remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
Just look at verses, it
says we have been justified freely and God now love’s us the way we
are. We should never let condemnation take a hold of us any more
when what we term sins pops up or when we stumble. All we have to do
is remember the blood and move on.
Our sins are covered in
Jesus and God sees us as righteous when we believe in the Sacrifice
of the Son. The new and only sin that exists is not believing in the grace that is in the
blood of Jesus. I used to backslide for months and weeks
and get very depressed because I felt God had left me. I felt very
disappointed in myself that I could manifest things contrary to the
love of God. But God arose and told me “son I love you, just the way you
are”. “Nothing can separate me from my love for you”.
Romans 8:38-39
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor
principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to
separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
We are righteous and we
are the sons of God, not because we go to church nor because we wear
head coverings or because we give to the poor of because we pay
tithes to churches (if you still do that). We are righteous because Christ has died in our
place and given us the right to God’s love, which in reality
comes by revelation.
Romans 4:6-8
Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom
God imputeth righteousness without works, Saying, Blessed
are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are
covered. Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute
sin.
When we confess Jesus as
Lord, a new being in us is born and the new born spirit will grow
and overcome that old man that is lawless. This new born spirit is
actually an unveiling of our true identities hidden in Christ; it is
an identity that has always been there but was hidden from our sight
in the darkness that constitutes this world. The old man is the
false identity we have worn in this material age, as the light of
the gospel shines forth, our true identity locked up inside comes to
light. This is why we have to
endure and be patient while the Lord perfects His work in us. We
shouldn't be discouraged to the extent of falling back when we lose
control of ourselves or when we stumble. If we offend people, we
should we bold enough to arise by faith and apologise and move on,
We should not allow the
Devil working through of minds to deceive us into feeling we are not
worthy of the high calling in Christ. We shouldn't let Him
tell us we are not covered by the grace the same way He deceived
Adam, we should be always ready to stand our ground in the faith.
We have to boldly confess
our blamelessness and perfection before the Father, because we are
perfect in His sight; he sees that son of perfection in us, who is
of the same substance with Him. If we feel a sense of unworthiness
it all working within our heart and mind, let us not be deceived God
has no hand in the way we feel about ourselves when we are cast down
in a sense of condemnation. Jesus Christ Said clearly that he
condemns no man, that condemnation comes from within.
Believe in
the Cross, look at the Bronze serpent when the serpents bite
you. Do not let the venom from the condemnation destroy you and
cause you not to see God's blessed promise. Look and remember
that it His good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Remember the
blood, remember that He has already paid the price for our sins
and will finish that work He started in you.
Do not be
deceived into thinking you have performed an unforgivable sin.
The only way a man can keep Himself from God's salvation is when
we rejects the grace and refuse the regeneration work of the
spirit in our lives. If the man returns to the Lord and accepts
the Lord, He will see the salvation of God. So as long as we
reject the blood and spirit of God there is no other remedy to
our sin, but if we are humbled and turn back He is faithful and
just to forgive. In fact He has already forgiven even the
rebellious but they have to come to terms with that reality.
1John 1:9-10
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our
sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we
have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
Always remember that God is recreating you in the image of Christ and we know Christ is
spirit. We were up till now flesh and carnal beings but when we
accept Jesus the work starts. The spirit Man that is Born in us as a
result of the knowledge of Christ grows and grows. Believe it that
inward spirit man in us will grow and completely overcome the
outward carnal man. So when carnality pops remember it is no longer
you but the old man warring against that spirit man that love’s God.
Romans 7:14-25 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal,
sold under sin. For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do
I not; but what I hate, that do I. If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the
law that it is good.
Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no
good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to
perform that which is good I find not. For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I
would not, that I do. Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it,
but sin that dwelleth in me. I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is
present with me. For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the
law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin
which is in my members. O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the
body of this death? I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with
the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law
of sin.
We should never be
discouraged when that carnal man manifests just look unto the Cross
and believe that you are among the beloved of God. Understand in you
that Jesus came to this world in flesh form to experience what the
flesh is all about. So right now He is in the position to understand
and minister to us when we pass through such moments of temptation.
Let us come out of
condemnation, yesterday is gone today is here, Awake to the love
that is in Christ Jesus.
John 3:16-18
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son,
that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have
everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world
to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be
saved. 18 He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who
does not believe is condemned already, because he has not
believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
JUSTIFICATION OF THE
ADULTEROUS
WOMAN
God
demonstrates His plan of delivering His Church from condemnation,
through the testimony of the Adulterous woman. Let us read John
8:2-12
John 8:2-12
2 Now early in the morning He came again into the temple, and
all the people came to Him; and He sat down and taught them. 3
Then the scribes and Pharisees brought to Him a woman caught in
adultery. And when they had set her in the midst, 4 they said to
Him, "Teacher, this woman was caught in adultery, in the
very act. 5 Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such
should be stoned. But what do You say?" 6 This they said,
testing Him, that they might have something of which to accuse
Him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with His
finger, as though He did not hear. 7 So when they continued
asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, "He who is
without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first."
8 And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground. 9 Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went
out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last.
And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
10 When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the
woman, He said to her, "Woman, where are those accusers of
yours? Has no one condemned you?" 11 She said, "No
one, Lord." And Jesus said to her, "Neither do I condemn
you; go and sin no more." 12 Then Jesus spoke to them again,
saying, "I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall
not walk in darkness, but have the light of life."
The testimony of Jesus is prophetic, meaning that
the things He did while on earth, particularly those recorded in the
bible are generally like allegories pointing to the marvelous work
of salvation that God is unveiling on the earth today. That woman
caught in adultery in John 8,
represents those who will receive and partake of this great
salvation God is unveiling in this world. She is the Church of
God picked up from the brink of death and justified by love of God, even though she was initially
known to be an
adulterous
woman.
On may ask,
"what is
the definition adultery as it is known in this world?". We can
simply define it as an act of unfaithfulness that a woman or man
commits in relation to His or Her partner. They initially make
marriage vows to be faithful to each other in all aspects of life
including their sexual life. The moment this vow or bond of faithfulness
is broken the offending party is said to be an Adulteress or an
adulterer.
All
sinners in the world today who live outside the knowledge of
Christ Jesus are termed Adulterers because they have joined
themselves with the lie, also known as the world, they therefore
neglect the knowledge of the son (Christ) who they
ought to be joined to in oneness of the spirit. The original design was that man be one
with Christ (the spirit) in all truth and faithfulness, this is
he only true God and eternal life. When God created man the bible
says male and female He created them, that that is the way it was to
remain. But mankind has gone
astray and has become most unfaithful towards God by losing this
union for a union with the carnal spirit of man which is also known
as the spirit of the world. Mankind has
decided to love the world more than God therefore falling into
the category of Adulterers.
James
4:4
4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship
with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be
a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
No man can have two
masters, nor can a man have two Gods or two husbands; either we are
married to the spirit and become one with the spirit or we are
married with the flesh. As long as man lives a life outside the Son
(Christ), He falls into sin and death. When man live after the
flesh, the doors open to the voices of condemnation and man loses
his faith towards God and slips down into a realm of death and
destruction. This is what happened to Adam, He was initially married
to the spirit represented by the tree of life until he joined
Himself to the serpent which represents the carnal mind which is one
with the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. The moment man
unites with the canal mind that works hand in hand with this
material world, He is imprisoned spiritually and loses His immortal
state for a mortal state of flesh and blood. As long as man lives in
the lower material consciousness of flesh
and blood, He can not in any way please God because the law
is spiritual and can be fulfilled only in the son who is the image
of the Father.
From all this we can see
that the root sin is drifting away from the mark of perfection in
Christ. Adam was in Christ before He fell into the snare of the
Devil because He was in the image and likeness of God which is the
major attribute of Christ. We should bear in mind that the word
Christ, which means anointed in the Greek translation is actually a
name we use in this age to Describe the Son. In reality the Christ
has always been even before men started to use names. As long as we live outside the
knowledge of and as the son, we abide in the lower
realms of condemnation and death. That sense of condemnation which
obscures the view of our oneness with the Father is the root of the
tribulation and sufferings seen in humanity today.
The law of
Moses which were actually spiritual laws expressed in letters
and material form says that adulterers should be stoned to death,
that law was only a shadow of that which is spiritual and it can be
of benefit only when applied spiritually because the exercising the
flesh does not have any profit. Spiritually speaking or in the
originality of all things, no one needs to be physically stoned, if
a man commits
Adultery against God by breaking the bond of oneness with Christ
consciously or unconsciously He falls into condemnation and dies
off. In reality the whole world as we know it is already perishing
under the death sentence because they have all fallen short of that
set mark in Christ. It does not matter how a man may seem to prosper
outwardly He is actually under a curse, cut off from the life of the
Son (Christ). Death will surely find those who break this spiritual
principal of keeping our spiritual states in Christ which is faithfulness before God. In fact the whole world is
under this condemnation unto death as long as they have not known
themselves as the son (Christ).
Romans 3:23
23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
We should also be aware
of the fact that our Father, who is the Father of lights is not
behind the travails which encompass men resulting from this sense of
condemnation on the inside of them, it is all a function of our mind
and conscious. God stands out there asking "who told you that you
are naked?", "who told you that you are worthless?", "who told you
that you are my enemy?", "who told you that I am not there to guide
and to protect you?", "Who told you that you are poor and that I
have withheld something from you?", "who told you I will not provide
for you needs, what you will wear, eat and where you will stay?".
God says I never told you that, "it is you darkened mind that has
held you captive in dark dungeons of unbelief".
Thank God for His grace, because like the woman
caught in adultery,
we too
were perishing in our ignorance until the Lord came to our rescue.
Just like the adulterous woman would have been killed we also
would have perished on in our ignorance.
The voices of condemnation we hear within and without men
actually come from the lies projected from carnal mind. This voices tell you that
you can not be perfect before God. They tell you that we are a
separate entity from God. They tell you that god is out to get you. The voices tell you that
you can never come to the place where you can truly please God. This
voices tell you that you have sinned and passed the point where God will
never forgive you. The voices tell you that you are a
helpless sinner and you will never overcome. This are the voices
of unbelief acually the destructive powers that lower men into the
grave by weakening their faith and boldness in God.
As these
accusations of the Devil who is the accuser of the Brethren goes
forth know for sure that the Lord is not bothered. He has loved
you, He has covered you, He has justified you. Can a man not
love His own body? The Lord sees and recognizes His own body in us,
the bone of His bones and nothing more, He recognizes His sheep in
us that was lost in the darkness of this age. As the men who caught
the woman in adultery railed accusations on the woman and sought
kill her, they were shocked when they met a brick wall in Jesus, He
simply ignored them. Jesus ignored them because in reality they do
not exist, they existed only in the mind of the woman, they are
simply imaginations that spring out from within those who walk in
the lower realms of ignorance. Brethren do you get
this, let the devil roar and roar, He can not touch you as long
as you recognize and understand your true identity in Christ.
Ignoring them, Jesus bent
over and started to write on the Ground while they were accusing
the woman. At a point He arose and told them if they are without
sin they should kill the Lady, then He continued writing. From
this we can discern that Jesus knows the very state of the carnal
unregenerate man. He has not come to save the righteous
but He came for sinners, He has not come to condemn but to
justify all men so that they can once more live in the fullness of
the light of life. Jesus Christ came to help us out of the
dark pit of ignorance so we shouldn't be discouraged, just believe. Believe that your
barren land will be turn into a fruitful land overflowing with
rivers of gladness. Believe that you shall bring forth a new
creature after the likeness of Christ, a creature can walk
perfect and whole before the face of the Father.
Is anything too hard for God? If we say no, know for sure that
God can turn your spiritual barrenness into fruitfulness our
focus should be on the Lord.
While
Jesus was writing the accusers diminished in number till they
were no more. All we ever need to do is to gather at the
feet of the Lord so that He teaches us by His spirit. No man can
teach us neither can any man deliver and make us whole, it is only
as we individually open our the door to our hearts that the Lord
enter to teach us His word. The work of the ministry is to connect
each and every member of the body back to their master not to be
master to them. If we submit to men we will only get tons of
accusations welling up from within because we become greater sons of
hell than they are, meaning that man's teachings only widens the gap
between man and God therefore creating the environment called hell.
There is only one teacher, and every man who wants to see life must
learn from Him. It is written that all will be taught of Him, from
the least to be greatest.
Brethren the mystery Here is that God is working
in our innermost part and recreating us. No matter how we feel
as long as we submit to Him and believe Him, He will accomplish
this great work in us. As the Lord does this work in us we shall
actually see the day where the accuser of the brethren is cast
down from our thought faculties and all boldness towards the
Father is restored. No more will we feel that
condemnation which wastes men in the pit of destruction, because the Lord will cause us to work in His law.
Like Jesus wrote on the ground, He will with the finger of God write
the laws on the
innermost parts of our beings. The Lord will write the laws on
our hearts so that we will walk in perfection and agreement with
Him.
Jeremiah 31:33
33 But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of
Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My law in
their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their
God, and they shall be My people.
Ezekiel 36:26-27
26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you;
I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a
heart of flesh. 27 I will put My Spirit within you and cause you
to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do
them.
This feat is accomplished
by the regeneration of our minds from the lies of the carnal mind
(Serpent) into the truth which is Christ. The spirit teaches us and
joins us to our true spiritual image in Christ where we can once
more fulfill the pleasure of the Lord. As this work occurs
within us, that true perfect and holy personality on the inside of
us comes forth to light. This is the son of God revealed from heaven
for all to see, the one who walks in the glory of the Father and
cannot sin. In that day every sense of unbelief fades away, no more
will we here the voice of the accuser condemnation but it shall be
the voice of the Lord.
Once you
understand the message of the kingdom and believe in Jesus, let
it sink into you, there is no condemnation in Christ Jesus. In
him we move from glory to glory, from strength to strength until
we see that perfect day.
Romans 8:1
8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in
Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but
according to the Spirit.
