THE FORGIVING POWER OF THE FATHER
when Jesus said, “Father forgive them because they are ignorant of the things they are doing”, it was yet another mystery to ponder on. Apparently Jesus was aware that no human born of a woman himself included had the ability to truly forgive. One important lesson to learn is that impotent flesh does not have the ability to forgive and forget, only the Spirit, the Father possesses this ability.
Many are in captivity today because of their inability to forgive themselves of what they perceive as past erroneous acts and neither can they forgive others who have offended them. Many carry these heavy burdens to their grave and at times pass these negative vibes unto unborn generations. We see this in tribal, racial, family and in diverse societal classifications.
The unforgiving nature of man, leads man down a slippery path of bitterness, hate and murder. This breeds torment within man, robbing him of boldness to true unhindered access to the glorious faith in God. The never ending cycle continues until man can find that secret to forgiveness.
No wonder the disciple would marvel at the words, “forgive those that offend you seventy times seventy“. Seeing how humanly impossible it was for them to attain to such love, they would ask, “Lord increase our faith”. The good news is that the power to forgive has been once more handed over to anyone who is willing to receive from above. Man’s joy and peace is complete only in his ability to say “I AM”, this is what is revealed in the common phrase, “in his presence is the fulness of joy“.
True healing and wholesomeness comes first by forgiveness of sin’s, a sense of justification so to say. The Lord forgives your iniquities and consequently heals you completely. Man is lifted from destruction and crowned with life firstly through the Lord’s forgiveness which blots away every transgression or sense of alienation from the love of God.
Jesus lived on account of the Father and thus experienced and administered healing to others. He transcended every human sentiment and material sense and lives solely by the Lord, the Spirit. The Father consciousness is high above all and can not behold the vain things of men. From the perception of the Spirit, the things of men are completely vain with no eternal value whatsoever. The Father is aware of itself and besides itself there is nothing else to be treasured.
Living life in the Father would mean blotting out all human ignorance as if they are not. As long as your treasure life in this material age you will have the human sentiments to contend with. Let your life and treasure be above in the true and eternal.. loosen yourself from vain imaginations.
Living in the name of the Father would mean forgiving self and forgiving all of ignorance. In the Father you realize that flesh is nothingness, it comes out of vain imagination and disappears into its native nothingness. The world and its glories are counted as a bucket of dust in the eye of the Spirit. In the Father the things of the human are long forgotten as though they never existed. In fact, human offences never truly exist, they have no reality in them.
There is absolutely no way of receiving forgiveness and not giving out the same to others. That is why He say’s: “For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”
In the Father consciousness all flesh are forgiven, because I the Father see myself in all. I cover all in all as the waters cover the sea. It is I who inhabits eternity and besides me there is none else. The offences in this age are simply dissolved in the light of the elevated understanding of the Father. In this exalted state, the Father, the many become the One, and all strife and wars seize.
The way to loosen yourself from pain associated with bitter regret and unforgiveness is a return to the Lord your true identity. The Lord who is the beginning is a purely immaterial and celestial state whose genealogy in not found in the annuals of mankind. I must abandon the falsity of human sense and walk in the nature of the Father, who is the Lord from heaven, and abide in this state forever. This is clearly spelt out in the words, “Those that have left all (terrestrial human sense) for my name’s sake (Spiritual consciousness)”, will gain eternal life (The nature and life of the Father) in the ages to come.
We are the ones within the gates of the celestial city on whom is inscribed the precious name of the Father, whose eyes see only the Father in the Creation. In this reality no more hurts, no more pains, its life and life for ever.
Lots of Love
