DWELLING IN GOD’S WORLD
I had a vision similar to that of Jacob, I saw a ladder whose foot touched the ground, and it went up all the way into heaven. Beneath the ladder was a crowd of people, and above the ladder was a cloud and within the cloud the radiant image of a man whose brightness lighted up the cloud. Without mincing words this shows two worlds, God’s invisible world above and man’s material world beneath.
This vision reveals the connection between God and man. It represents an ascent and descent between two states, one celestial and the other terrestrial. In our human existence we put on the image of the terrestrial, the man under the ladder. In the awakened or call it ascended state, we put on the one image of the Lord from heaven. In the terrestrial state there exists many in contrast with the celestial which is one.
No one has ascended into heaven (The Father consciousness) except the one who descended from heaven, the same is in heaven. This were the words of Jesus as He sought to give insight into man’s origin and how we ought to walk this very day. Jesus as a man had rediscovered the secret of himself and was faithful to himself by dwelling in the light that he had. He knew he was the Father appearing as a man and dwelt in the consciousness of the Father.
Morning has come and it becomes apparent that there is only one in eternity and that is I. I play the role of the Almighty from the beginning before my existence in time and space, and I play the role of mortal man of the dust. I the Father descends from my eternal habitation to dwell among men as though a mortal. For a season I put aside my true glorious state and lowered myself into mortality and shared the weakness of humanity. This is the unchangeable truth that has to sink into the mind of the hearer. There are no two in the universes but I manifesting myself as it pleases me.
The question we should ask ourselves is, “where am I mentally?, where exactly do I dwell?”. The answer to this question goes a long way to determining the fruits you bear. It is apparent that no man can dwell in two worlds at the same time, it is either above in the invisible realm of timelessness, or beneath in time and space.
My being conscious of ascending began in 1995, after I took my son to college, freshman year. When I returned home, I walked in the door and said. Okay Lord, it’s just You and me now. What a revelation of Jesus I received. Everything outside of my being at home with Him became of little importance. I am often reminded of the song which says “Cast your eyes upon Jesus….and the things of this world will grow strangely dim.” 2 Peter 3:10, referencing the heavens passing and the elements melting with fervent heat become a reality. Hallelujah!
